This is a pet friendly house. Pet fee is $30/nt and prior approval is required for the pet. Please do not bring pet without prior approval. If pets are brought without approval, we reserve right charge additional cleaning fee up to $250, This is a No-Smoking house, smoking penalty of minimum $599 applies.

Primary guest is required to sign the rental agreement and provide government ID prior to check in.


CANCELLATION POLICY
A 3.25% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per PAYMENT PROCESSER. This applies to ALL bookings.
