Your island oasis awaits at 401 Sailmaker! Prepare to relax and enjoy your time away in this beautiful ground level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pet friendly villa.

The living space features a comfortable leather sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair along with a flat screen smart TV. Stylish plantation shutters provide privacy and light control as needed. The adjacent dining space provides seating for four at the glass topped table.

The completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen is decked out with stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and farmhouse sink.... everything you'll need to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Two barstools at the counter provide additional seating.

The spacious, covered patio is accessible via sliding glass doors and features ample seating as well as an outdoor table and chairs for an al fresco meal or a nice glass of wine! Bask in the sunlight in the outdoor loungers while you dive into a good book! The tiled patio also has four fans making this an ideal space even in the warm summer months.

Just down the hall, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, two nightstands, and a flat screen smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered patio from this room as well. The attached full bathroom features a spacious vanity, a separate water closet, and a large tiled walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and charming white cottage-style furniture. The en suite bathroom that also opens to the hall includes a combination shower/bathtub. Just down the hall and off of the main living space is the delightful shore-themed third bedroom featuring two twin size cargo-style beds and another flat screen smart TV.

Additionally, guests will surely appreciate the convenience of this villa's full-size washer and dryer located between the master and the second bedroom.

A quick 2.5-minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous Florida coastline. The Summer Beach Community is ocean front so no need to cross any streets to get the private beach access. The Sailmaker boardwalk is completely stair free allowing easier access for bikes, baby strollers, wheeled coolers, beach wagons, etc. The Sailmaker pool is just a short distance from the villa and the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade of the magnificent oaks. The Summer Beach Village community is also just steps away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops and spa.

This was a delightful place to stay with our dog. We had every convenience needed and it was just a short walk to the beach. The pool was lovely and protected from the wind. the property manager checked in with us frequently.

The condo is very nice, new remodel. Beds very comfortable, and the place very clean. Right next to the pool, but plenty of bushes for buffer. Walk to the beach not bad. Glad for no steps! The rental company, AIG, was great with communication, very easy to deal with, all done by text, and they were very nice and quick to respond.

Perfect location

Great property with the perfect location. Less than a 5 minute walk from door to shore. Path for the entire trip. Pool is literally feet from sliding back door. But the place was quiet with beautiful trees for shade. Beach itself was not crowded at all. We had a great time.

Clean, close to the beach and just what we were looking for.

Very clean and spacious enough for 6. Close proximity to beautiful family friendly beach- roughly 2.5 min walk-no stairs which was great with all of the beach gear! Right by the pool, ground level easy access to assigned parking. Great shopping and everything you might need nearby. Check in/check out was very smooth-delightful company to deal with. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Getaway

Spacious clean and close to pool and beach front. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood The lanai is a Great shaded area to relax and enjoy nature. I love that there are no stairs to climb. The unit was comfortable , the only complaint is the front room with twin beds had a musty mold like smell which i reported to the representative. Shops are minimum 1 mile away , coffee supermarket and historic downtown. If you stay here you will get complete R&R which is exactly what i was looking for. The beds were super comfortable but not the pillows , i did bring my own. Some recommendations maybe get a better broom in the unit since there is so much sand daily and some beach chairs. Overall this stay was heavenly in a brand newly renovated unit.

Love the location

It was a lovely place with a good floor plan. Very fresh/clean. They had good recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try in the Check-In book. Easy access to pool and to the beach. Had all that we needed in the kitchen when we cooked in. Communication with property manager was prompt and pleasant! I would definitely come back.

Perfect location and dog friendly!

The house was everything we needed - close to the beach, dog-friendly, and big enough for 6 people! The hosts were so kind and very responsive and even let us check in early!
