Welcome to Paradise On Patricia! Leave your worries behind and relax in our newly renovated beach house. Located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach a short walk to the sand, or jump on one of the four provided Beach Cruisers and bike to restaurants, boutiques, and bars. Once you park your car you can live like a local and enjoy our laid back lifestyle. The Owners have spared no expense with luxury furnishings inside and outside including a fully fenced backyard, outdoor shower, and gas fire pit. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen with gas stove will not disappoint . For travelers that have to work and play, two workspaces are provided. Pet friendly with approval.

The house was just as mentioned in the description & photos it literally had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing my family mentioned was no TVs in the bedrooms but other than that we made the house a home. Location was everything!

Paradise on Patricia

We just completed our second stay, 3 months out of a cold winter elsewhere. And again it was everything we could ask for. The property is well maintained, clean and thoughtfully appointed. It has everything you need, just bring your suitcase. The neighbours are great, the beach is a short walk and restaurants and shops just as handy. We leave every time with mixed emotions.

Paradise on Patricia is perfect!

We had a fantastic long weekend at Paradise on Patricia. Heather's house has absolutely everything you might need. It looks great in the listing pics but even better in person! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and in a great location -- just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back!

Amazing place to stay!

My family and I have been on a few trips and this home has definitely been the most amazing place! Very well kept, cleanliness is on point and not to mention they had EVERYTHING you would need for your stay!! When we return to Florida this will be the home I will look for first!

Beach Side Heaven

Beautiful home Clean warm and welcoming Everything you could think of that you need at ten beach or for your summer getaway, they have it. The house was spectacular. Small and cozy but very roomy. As a family with kids we like to cook our own meals but also have a space that gives them space to enjoy and play. The back yard was our favorite space. This kids had so many games to play and explore and we could enjoy being outside on the small patio couch. We also had bbqs which is always nice in the summer. The bikes were so fun to ride around the neighborhood. Beach was about a 7 min walk away. We brought all of our own beach stuff but they had it all, beach chairs, ice chest on wheels, wagon, beach toys, insulated backpack, beach towels, cold packs in the freezer! My grandmother said “they thought of everything”. She was right, they didn’t miss anything when they prepared this house. Grocery store 5 minute drive away. Close to beach and lots of amenities. I can’t say enough about this property. Definitely one of those houses you mark as a favorite on your list to visit again.

Perfect!

Heather’s property was exactly what we needed for our last minute trip with our 2 young kids. Great location on a auiet street, huge fenced in back yard, everything was so cute and clean and exactly as expected. And we couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was!! She’s thought of everything. Would absolutely recommend!

Spring Break 2024

The property was perfect. The location was perfect. We were able to let the teen girls out on their own to hit the beach, plenty of cute little shops to bike to, and the backyard was great to hang out with the girls and our dog. The host provided every amenity you could think of! We will definitely use this property again.

Everything and More

What a great property, the pictures didn’t lie but they also didn’t tell the whole story. The home was very well appointed with the little things that make it seem like home. Great array of knives, serving dishes, cleaning supplies, clothes hangers. It’s this attention to detail that takes it to the next level. We spent 3 months and we hated to leave, the neighbourhood was quiet, good walking distance to beach, refreshments, restaurants. And the neighbours were really great. Fingers crossed we hope to do it again next winter

All the little touches

We've stayed at many VRBO properties.This was one of my favorites! Very clean, comfortable beds, close to the beach! And best of all were all the extras. Heather really has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy... well stocked kitchen (including lots of spices), bikes, drying rack for clothes/towels, extra hooks in bathrooms, clothes detergent and stain removal, lots of toilet paper, etc etc!

Good location

Paradise On Patricia has a cottage feel to it. Me and my family was very comfortable staying in the home. The property was clean and mets all our needs. Heather is an excellent host! Everything you could want

The house and location were above and beyond our expectations. The house is very nicely decorated with just about any convenience you may need provided. There are three bedrooms and two pull outs in the main living room. We were able to sleep 8 very comfortably. The outdoor area in the backyard was nice with outdoor patio furniture and a grill. The kids were entertained for quite a while searching for lizards in the fenced and private back yard. We also enjoyed the cornhole boards that were provided with the rental. The beach is a pretty easy 10 minute walk away only requiring you to cross one busier road, which we did a few times with kids in tow without issue. There is also parking at the beach access and the drive from the house is only a few minutes. We would highly recommend it for someone looking to vacation in the area!

Incredible place

Wow!! Paradise on Patricia was truly a wonderful vacation home! It had everything (and I mean everything) you would need. I have stayed at many rentals and have not had a home that was so well kept and so well stocked. The kitchen has tons of cookware, dishes, entertaining items, coffee maker, etc… the outdoor area is wonderful to relax with morning coffee or evening after beach… they even had a cart for beach chairs and coolers.. the home was beautifully decorated and just so comfortable. Don’t hesitate - book it!!! And thank you a million times to Heather for your quick communication with everything. It was very much appreciated..
