The space

Welcome to The Palm House Retreat! We have designed this home for every guest in mind. Inside, you'll find a bright, freshly remodeled space with an open floor plan, an electric fireplace, large smart TVs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, and more.



Accessibility is a key feature of the home. Guests can enjoy step-free entry with a seamless transition into the house, accessible, well-lit pathways, grab bars, an accessible shower and vanity, a vibrating massage lift-assist recliner, and a height-adjustable desk. These are just some of the thoughtful features that make the space welcoming for guests with a variety of mobility needs.



The backyard is designed for relaxation and fun. The fully fenced private outdoor space includes a covered patio with raised pavers for easy wheelchair access, comfortable seating, an outdoor television, a grill and outdoor kitchen area, a fire pit, a hammock, and lawn games such as Cornhole, giant Jenga, and Connect Four. It's the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or spend an evening with family and friends.



Guests traveling with boats or extra vehicles will appreciate the ample on-site parking and boat storage.

Cleaning:

Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. After every stay, the home undergoes a thorough cleaning that goes far beyond the basics. In addition to sanitizing all surfaces, we wash every comforter, mattress pad, mattress protector, pillow, and pillow protector between guests. We understand the importance of a clean, fresh environment and work hard to ensure every guest arrives to a space that feels spotless, comfortable, and welcoming.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire home, garage, back yard, and side yard for boat storage minus any locked owners closets.



Other things to note

Please be respectful of this home, it has been a labor of love, and we have worked very hard to create a warm and comfortable experience for you as our guest.



Smoking/vaping is PROHIBITED inside. This is a smoke-free home.



Quiet Time: To respect the neighborhood's peaceful nature, please observe quiet hours from 10 PM-7 AM. This home is located in a family-friendly area, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of the neighbors to help maintain good relations and ensure everyone enjoys their stay.



Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval (certain breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions) , provided they are house-trained, and the pet fee is paid at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding.



Safety: The home is equipped with exterior cameras over the garage door and at the front doorbell for security purposes only, as well as smoke and carbon dioxide detectors.



Check-in/check-out: Self-check-in is available with keyless entry for added convenience. Check in is 4:00 and check out is 11:00. If you need an early or late check in or out, we will do our best to accommodate you if it is possible.
