Enjoy amazing water views from EVERY single room in this newly renovated ICW pool home (renovated in March 2016 / Pool Not Heated). Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ( the 1/2 bath is located in the garage) water front House in Jacksonville Beach. King sized bed in master and queen beds in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Queen sized sleeper sofa, tile floors throughout entire home, enclosed pool”Not Heated “ boat dock in deep-water (There is a $850.00 Water Craft Fee if you want to dock your boat at the dock, only when the dock is available), marina boat launch 0.5 mile from house, canoe available. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
This home offers expanded cable, WiFi and this House located close to Jacksonville Beach’s best restaurants, bars and attractions. Available weekly and monthly. Rates exclude taxes & fees and Holidays.

We use video surveillance in exterior entrance and exits of the house and pool/dock due to rental liability insurance. Surveillance is recorded but not monitored.
Pet frandly, pet can not be left unattended outdoors and no excessive barking.

This is our 2nd vacation rental and you are more than welcome to check out our other property which we have had for the last 6 years. Thanks for viewing, Rami and Jessica. vrbo 582399.

Beautiful canal-front home

We loved our stay here in an ideal location on a canal, close to Jacksonville Beach. We enjoyed reading by and swimming in the pool every day, watching the boats go by. The home had a nice layout and was very comfortable. Rami, the host, was gracious, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended this home for your stay in the Jacksonville area.

A month on the Intracoastal...

Older 1950's style home with some upgrades and owner is clearly working on more. Master bathroom had just been renovated and it was very nicely done, with a rainfall style shower. Small kitchen, but well stocked to handle almost any need during your stay. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with exceptional scenery and right on the Intracoastal Waterway. Pool and outside area are well maintained with regular service during our stay. Location is great, with nearby access to many Jax Beach favorites. Rami was exceptionally responsive and quick to handle any concern. We are originally from the Jacksonville area and really loved our extended stay and this house was a great place for our family in the area to gather with us.

Clean, quiet, & relaxing

Great place to stay. Needs some updating but you can tell they are working on this. Pool was great to have. Very quiet neighborhood. Front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks if not interested in going to beach.

Great place to relax with family

We decided to come to the Jacksonville area so we could spend time with both of our adult children and their families. It was fantastic! We enjoyed the home, pool, and the area - very special family time! Also Rami, the owner, was very responsive to our requests. Thank you Rami!

Fun with fam!

The worst thing I can say about our stay is that it wasn’t long enough. The location was great. The view out back was delightful. The thing I liked most about the house was the number of areas people could hang out in. The only thing I would add to the online description is that people be aware that lots of construction is going on in the area, creating some noise and commotion. This is temporary. It didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves, but I think people should be aware of this. Rami was great at answering texts in a timely manner. All in all, it’s a great rental property.

More than happy!

VERY CLEAN! Was a comfortable clean rental for us to enjoy a much needed vacation. Slow paced neighborhood for walking the dog, private house and pool but just minutes from anything you might need. We couldn’t be happier and would love to return! (Host is very quick to reply to any of your needs as well!) Don’t hesitate to rent!

Home away from home

This was a wonderful home away from home! Description didnt do justice. We were in Jacksonville for medical purpose and decided to make it a family vacation. The host, Rami, was quick to reply to messages. This home is very spacious! We were a group of 4 adults and three children 5-14 years old and everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of this home! The home had everything we could have needed. We only had to get groceries, everything else was supplied.

Great pool and lovely home layout

Really a nice house, great view, nice pool. We had a great time overlooking the waterway. I love the layout of the home, with its extra rooms for quiet time. And the kids were crazy about the pool. Really fun stay.

Perfect!

Everything about this property was perfect. The pool was spotless, the house was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need, including life jackets and pool toys. Rami was very easy to communicate with, and was very accommodating, letting us checkin when we arrived in town vs having to wait until 4 pm. A great property - we will definitely stay here every time we are in Jacksonville!

Great place to relax, fish, and just enjoy being on the water

I loved staying here. The location was great with nice waterfront views. The home was very nicely decorated and spacious enough for all of us. We especially loved having a swimming pool. Jacksonville Beach is a lot of fun, my favorite spot in Florida so far. The host Rami was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience, I definitely recommend it!

Perfect Property and Location

I highly recommend this property if your staying in Jacksonville! The home was clean and we had lots of space for our family! We loved having the extra living rooms for my kids to play games and watch TV. The screened in porch area was a great place to relax after a day at the beach and we loved watching the boats go by! The owner Rami was very responsive for all of our needs and even had a plumber come by for a clogged sink in the bathroom! The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking dinner a couple of times while we were there! We would definitely stay at this property again!!!

Vacation July 17-24

The property was great with the exception of the gray painted floor out by the pool. The kids slipped on this several times. They weren’t running. We found this aa huge hazard and placed rugs and beach towels down to prevent more slips. The blue bathroom shower door was difficult to slide. It would be nice to have some additional bathroom towels so that we could have additional ones for a second use and for those of us with long hair could use one for hair. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the pool very much! Thanks for allowing us to rent.
