Will try to keep this short, we stayed one week in #2 unit: Pics are from many many many years ago. Since then wear and tear and dirt are the norm; we stay in VRBOs regularly and first time burned by one. Seems they maintain when there are complaints; there is poor communication with management. When we got there, we had to clean the filthy oven, tile floor, counters, bathrooms, all dishes (many chipped) and silverware (thin) and only 1 usable pan. The vents throughout and heating units were filthy and we just averted our eyes. We called about the stained blankets, and were told it would be taken care of in the morning. We said no way and that they would have to reimburse us for ones next day we got that nite at Target, which they did and we cashed that check fast! No cost for time or travel. A lame sorry was given. We also got new shower curtains (mold) and wine glasses (only 2 there) and paper towels (only 1 used), and coffee maker (mold-ew), placemats (stained), oven mitts (burned) and added it to the reimbursement. Should have gotten some sets of towels since the ones were "shop" level gray and cost for TP since there was only 1 1/2 per bathroom. Stained area carpets were put in cabinets during visit plus bedspreads. Ridges in carpet were vacd to make it somewhat better. The grill was a rusted one we could not use. Have pics of state of place if VRBO doubts. Noise of construction second day and do not get us started on pool heating. Beds lumpy and sheets falling apart and furniture shredding. We did get new outside cushions for some reason on the third day!!! No toys except two pool noodles found in a back space in the garage full of construction mess. Mess we had to sweep off the deck that nite too. Selling place and had to show it on that Sunday- no fault of real estate agent but of owners to allow it. Made the best of it. Did have new washer/dryer though...
