Great property! High end unit with close proximity to the beach! Everyone enjoyed the stay and some were actually considering trying to rent it again in the future for another trip back down. Really enjoyed our stay.

The villa was beautiful. The 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms worked out great for everyone. Host was easy to contact and replied quickly.

We were in Jacksonville for our son’s wedding and this house was perfect! Quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. The house had plenty of space for the 7 of us adults. Loved that each of the 4 bedrooms had their own private bathroom. The host was great, very responsive and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this rental!

Great location! Easy walk to many restaurants the best one being right across the street. Grocery stores close by and easy walk to beach. Had everything we needed. Very clean and the elevator was a nice bonus to not carry up the luggage. We highly enjoyed and would recommend. Sawgrass Golf just 15 min away.

This is a really nice layout for multiple couples. Very comfortable, with a combination of private spaces and areas for groups to gather. It's nicely appointed and quite clean.Location is great, with a fine dining restaurant across the street and a handful of good restaurants within walking distance. Communications were excellent...friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

House is beautiful, comfortable and spotless. It had everything we could possibly need with nice touches like Keurig pods and tv's everywhere. Host was wonderful and let us check in a bit early as we needed to get to an event that evening. Perfect place

The Luxe Villa is a great place to stay at Jacksonville Beach. One block from the beach, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plenty of room for our family of seven. The kitchen has everything you need! Bedrooms are spacious and far enough apart that you have privacy. I highly recommend it!
