An entertainment dream!! Recently renovated w/ a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 864 sq ft deck with Gazebo overlooking the pool, huge 8 person jacuzzi, dock (great fishing), outdoor grill, ping pong, large fire pit, & more!

This massive colonial style home on the water is conveniently located near everything you need in Jacksonville (Airport, Downtown, Vystar). No unauthorized guests.

Very clean nice and quiet on the lake…. Owner does stay on property but on or in a separate part of property no bother very easy check In no problems at at 10/10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful home with a lot of potential needs renovation

Nice home that could easily be a better home with a little paint ,and updated furnishings, such as barstools the seat was completely detached, which was very dangerous .Nice big deck,but deck boards sticking up which was very dangerous. The laundry room situation was a pretty uncomfortable situation seeing that it was part of the owners lived in space.Overall great stay and location minus the issues mentioned!

Great property!

This was a great stay! Gary answered all my questions. We went with 5 kids ages 11-17 they had a blast! The pool was so relaxing! Everyone was so bummed to have to leave. We tried our very best to keep the house cleaned up while we were there. My motto is leave it better then you found it. Well Gary keeps this house very nice. We were only 30 mins from Jax beach! Close to shops downtown! Definitely will be staying at this property again! ❤️❤️❤️

Disappointing

Honestly the property is nice! Unfortunately it was really disappointing to see the pool’s dirty water, there was a dirty floor mat under the water. The pool vacuum was in the pool but it looked like it haven’t been used for a while by the way the pool floor look like, it’s not suitable for swimming when we get there. The backyard deck is big and it would have been nicer if it was cleaned up better. The bed linens are not something you really want to be lying down on. I’m not even sure if it’s been replaced because there’s a lot of crumbs or maybe sands under the blanket. My wife put our newly bought king size bed cover pad over the bed and slept over it instead. The chandelier in the dining room has only one light bulb working out of four so it’s too dark in the dining area. The host Gary was very nice and accommodating and his property can be something really fun and special if properly maintained.

Lovely Home

We enjoy staying on the water whenever we travel and it's one reason why we chose this home. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it due to the very cold weather in FL during our stay. The house was clean and welcoming, making us feel relaxed and at ease right away. It is not a pristine property as there is some wear and tear, but it's what makes the property feel like a home. The yard is big and one of our kids enjoyed playing with a few cats that strolled around the exterior and were super friendly. The beds were comfy, the home was warm and well heated during those cold days. Communication with Gary before and during our stay was easy and quick. For example, the master bathroom has a large tub that I wanted to use, but couldn't, due to hot water running short. Gary was there within 5 minutes. That was great. But, the hot water issue is why I'm giving this home 4 instead of 5 stars. There wasn't' enough hot water for showers, let alone a bath, even after Gary worked on fixing the situation. It's a shame to have that big bath tub (no shower in the master bathroom) and not be able to soak in it due to not enough hot water to go round. Overall, though, this was a great home to just relax in and we felt very free here. If the weather had been good enough, we would have fished in the water or sat on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space, too. Thank you for letting us stay and feel welcomed at your lovely home, Gary.

House was great

House was beautiful, rooms spacious, plenty of full bathrooms, kitchen large with dining room, needed more pots and pans, pool with spacious deck, needed washer and dryer but was close to laundromat. We would stay again, great time
