This home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is located minutes to all types of shopping and several beach areas. Great restaurants and area attractions. Host is very accessible.

Very nice, roomy, clean house. It was in a good location.The communication with the host was great
We spent a lot of time at Jacksonville Beach. Just a short drive away.

Perfect home for a getaway. Kids were in the pool all week. Large common area to hang out in. All the beds were nice and comfy. Beautiful showers. Will be renting again when we come back

Great rental!

This rental has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the pool and location - so close to everything! We hope to book another reservation soon!

Peaceful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, accommodating, and close to the beach. Unfortunately the mattresses were not the most comfortable, but the rest of the house was great!

We had a great stay! The home was as pictured and well equipped, including travel toiletries which was lovely! Even though it was too cold to swim (there was a cold snap during our trip), having the pool was great. The porch area was also a great to enjoy, even in the rain. The location is perfect! Close to shops, beaches and the highway, but in a great neighbor. Even though the houses are close, you feel like you have plenty of space and privacy. We had a question about turning on the heat, and the property manager got back to us quickly with detailed instructions, which was very appreciated!

Perfect stacation!

We live here in Jax. My granddaughter just turned 19 and wanted a little getaway. She was so happy when I suggested renting a house with a pool. AKA. .live in your bathing suit!.lolThe home was immaculate and nicely furnished. And the neighborhood? Quiet as a mouse! We just might be back!

This home had roaches, a broken tv, broken shelf in fridge, found used fake eyelashes on a cabinet and the bedroom floor, never saw the door key mentioned in the check in, floors were gritty like sand, no extra paper towels, no extra trash bags, both trash cans outside were overflowing with trash, I had to drag them to the curb on trash day and after they were dumped, the flys and smell of them was so bad you could hardly get near them, the gas grill was uncovered and the inside was full of water, rust, and nasty grease, all of the towels were folded and put away damp, some smelled like an old basement, the washing machine smelled like mildew inside, the couch is worn out, the dinning table chairs are worn and ripped, coffee maker had black mold in it, and the corporation that owns it could care less I guess because the said they would investigate and get back to me and never did.

Bad Start, but much better ending

When we arrived at the property it had not been cleaned in between guest. We were greeted right inside the front door with dirty bed sheets and towels. The bathrooms were dirty along with the house.We spent the first 5 hours of our vacation doing laundry and cleaning the house. We tried to contact our property manager for 24 hours and had zero luck getting them to pick up the phone or even return a text message.BUT, we contacted EVOLVE and talked to Chasity. After multiple emails that included 17 pictures of the dirty house, she secured a significant refund for us and was so very kind to us. She followed up multiple times to see how we were doing.The day before we were to leave, Clint the home owner showed up to see how we were doing, to clean the house, to apologize for our experience. Clint made sure moving forward that no other guest would experience what we did. Clint was so very kind and nice to us. Our stay did not start off well, but, it ended so much better and we are very thankful for Clint and Chasity.
