The screened-in lanai is the heart of this home's appeal. Gather around the fire pit as the evening cools, fire up the full outdoor grill station, or settle in under the tiki hut with a cold drink in hand. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day.

Living & dining
Inside, an open-concept floor plan connects the main living areas with ease. The living room is anchored by a large flat-screen TV - ideal for winding down after a day out. The kitchen centers around a massive granite island, perfect for spreading out a meal, prepping together, or pulling up barstools for a casual dinner. Fully equipped with modern appliances and all the cookware you need, it's set up for everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners.

Sleeping arrangements
Five well-appointed bedrooms across two floors sleep up to ten guests comfortably:

Primary suite (main floor) - king bed with a large en suite bathroom
Second bedroom - queen bed with private bath
Third bedroom - two queen beds
Fourth bedroom (upstairs) - two full-size beds with en suite bath
Fifth bedroom - queen bed with private bath

Each room includes bed linens and ample clothing storage.

Bathrooms
Four full bathrooms and one half bath serve the home, with en suite access in three of the five bedrooms for added privacy and convenience.

Practical details
The home includes in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and free parking. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval and additional fees (limit two).

Location
Set within Sawgrass Country Club, residents have access to the community pool and beach access point. The surrounding area puts you close to the beach, fresh seafood dining, and local shops - everything you'd want from a coastal Florida stay.

Please note: This property is located inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Pool, beach access point, and all listed community amenities are private to Sawgrass residents and guests only. Please note that no parking is available at the beach access point.
