Breathe in the salt air and enjoy your own private paradise in this 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom home complete with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The 3 levels allow for ample room to spread out and enjoy all the villa has to offer. Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, heated saltwater pool & outdoor shower, elevator for easy access to all levels, fireplace, gameroom, and a luxurious primary suite with private balcony and ocean views.

Level One:
Walk through the front door to the open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen including an induction stovetop, dining and cozy living room complete with a fireplace and smart TV. The sliding doors open to reveal a heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space with a gas grill, propane provided. Lounge by the gas fire pit on the front terrace or indulge in lawn games while listening to the crashing waves.

Level Two:
Luxury living for your guests on this level with a king guest room, a bunk room with two bunks and en suite bath, and a second king guest room with full bathroom off the hallway. This level also features a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.

Level Three:
Let’s talk about the views! The upper level features the primary suite with a king bed, large ensuite floor to ceiling marble bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower, separate water closet, and huge private balcony with seating area and stunning ocean views! The game room complete with shuffleboard, ping pong and arcade games also has a full size daybed for any overflow guests. There is a full bathroom off the hallway for your guests. This level also has a coffee bar and a wet bar with mini refrigerator for easy access. No need to go down to the kitchen for your coffee in the morning!

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
