The main living area, breakfast nook with built-in bench, and kitchen all connect effortlessly creating one open space. Guests can access the private courtyard through a sliding glass door just off the kitchen and breakfast area.
The kitchen has raised-panel 42” cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a walk-in pantry. All the essentials are provided including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

The main living area offers a large flat-screen TV with online streaming through HULU, WIFI, and ample seating for friends and family to gather. Down the hall, you will find a cabana bathroom with a walk-in shower that connects to the courtyard.

There is also a formal dining room and office space equipped with a pull-out sofa and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area.

Upstairs ocean views pour into the master suite. This space is beautifully furnished and offers a King bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks, free-standing tub with TV and virtual fireplace and a walk-in shower.

The second room is equipped with a Queen bed, closet and flat-screen TV. Across the hall is a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo and an oversized laundry room. The third room has two Full-size beds, flat flat-screen TV and a closet.

The garage is not available for this property however, the circular driveway in front of the property along with the driveway in front of the garage offers ample parking.
Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)
