Close to food and shopping. This is a duplex in a neighborhood of mostly duplexes on the street. It is not a free standing house, but it was comfortable and well-stocked with nice furnishings. The couch is super comfortable and reclines! Roku TV and large TVs in the bedrooms. The bed in the main bedroom is a little hard, but that depends on your taste. There is a duck pond in the back that you can watch from the screened porch. The ducks are Muscovy ducks with a red face and black and white bodies. One of them laid a clutch by the house between the fence and lanai, but not sure if the eggs were viable as there were about 13 of them and mom was not tending to them. The hen seemed to be around, but we did not see her go back to the eggs. Overall this pretty good for the money and comfortable.
