  • The house is located in the quiet
    neighborhood of Sandalwood. Great location if you're visiting Jacksonville families, for fun or work.
    Located 7mins to UNF, 10 mins to Mayo Clinic, 18 mins to Mayport Naval Base. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Our 3 bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds and rollaway guest bed.
    The kitchen is equipped with cookware to cook simple meals and kuerig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
    Make yourself at home once you arrive, we have high speed internet to connect nost of your devices. While cable tv is not included, we do have Roku TV's with app's like Netflix and
    more. Feel free to use this services with your own login and enjoy!

The accommodations absolutely met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and nearby our local activities, which is exactly what we needed for this stay.Within it's genre it is a five star! The only reason for a four star overall rating is based on the property type - we reserve five star for high end or luxury properties in highly desirable vacation locales. It was easy to check in/out.Absolutely we do not hesitate to recommend if you need a nice place to stay near UNF/Jax/Mayo clinic.

We were in town for our son's hockey tournament and the location worked out perfectly. A little dated (some paint peeling on doors, etc.) but very clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything you need. The duck pond out back provided a lovely view from the patio.

The house was clean. Alot of the outlets did not work .The quess bathroom didn't have a bath matt I almost fell in the tub so I had to buy a bath matt. Out on the side of the patio there were geese eggs which was smelling needs to be cleaned up. Other than that the house was okay.

Great house - very comfy

We enjoyed this property. It was very clean, lots of nice little extras (like spices, for example), great location (convenient to UNF & downtown), comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. We would stay here again if in the area. Thanks!

Great property.

My family and I had a great stay at the property for the weekend. The property was very easy to find It was at the beginning of a neighborhood which was great. Nice and clean when we arrived had lots of little extras snacks a few drinks, some toiletry items. We had 6 adults for our stay had plenty of room for everyone, and a nice size living and dining area. We'll definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Charming Home

This home was very nice. We Loved the lay-out. Beds were comfortable and nice. Loved the hugh televisions in each bedroom! The back screened in patio, and the pond were nice surprises! We would love to stay here again!

Lovely home

The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house had a very homey feel. Plenty of amenities. It was very neat and clean. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again if available.

Close to food and shopping. This is a duplex in a neighborhood of mostly duplexes on the street. It is not a free standing house, but it was comfortable and well-stocked with nice furnishings. The couch is super comfortable and reclines! Roku TV and large TVs in the bedrooms. The bed in the main bedroom is a little hard, but that depends on your taste. There is a duck pond in the back that you can watch from the screened porch. The ducks are Muscovy ducks with a red face and black and white bodies. One of them laid a clutch by the house between the fence and lanai, but not sure if the eggs were viable as there were about 13 of them and mom was not tending to them. The hen seemed to be around, but we did not see her go back to the eggs. Overall this pretty good for the money and comfortable.

I booked three nights and unexpectedly needed an additional 3 nights in order to attend a funeral that same week. The Host Karen was pleasant to accommodate us for what we needed. The property location was near but not as close as expected to the main event that we attended. Upon arrival, the door code did not work but we managed to gain access and throughout our stay, we had issues with the operations of the door keypad. Upon check-in Day 1 PROS: good location, spacious, laundry room w/ good washer and dryer, broom/dust pan, vacuum, screened patio with furniture, iron, ironing board, basic toiletries, desk/chair and dining table/chairs, natural light, full kitchen with essential items, bedroom 1 has a comfortable bed and good closet space, main bedroom has good space w/ walk-in closet, large dresser in main and bedroom 1, internet, very quiet area nestled in a neighborhood, nearby stores, small pond out back, ducks are well behaved. CONS: renovations throughout the entire house is needed - dual coffee machine water reservoir had mold or calcium buildup, kitchen utensil metal tray had a hair strand, no tall floor mirrors, main bedroom bed/mattress/pillows are not suitable for comfort, main bedroom nightstand lamp shades had strands of hair, main bathroom window blinds are damaged leaving a gap, main bathroom toilet seat is loose, window blinds are pleated shades, living room sofa had strands of hair, no access to the garage, possible mold on ceiling above dining table.
