When you arrive you can spread out, relax, and enjoy a REAL BEACH HOME, not a “Beach Shoebox hotel💯.Magnificent PRIVATE master bedroom suite with a super comfy KING Bed, large master bath with Jacuzzi-private balcony, and spacious walk in closets sits atop this wonderful beach getaway.


    The second floor features 2 beautiful bedrooms separated by a large Jack and Jill bathroom and private balcony. One bedroom features a comfy NEW QUEEN Memory Foam bed, the other has TWO NEW TWIN Memory Foam beds.

    Sit out on the front deck and enjoy breakfast while watching the beach come alive.
    World class golf courses are mere minutes away including TPC Sawgrass, home to The Players Championship.

    A short ten minute drive to the world famous MAYO Clinic Jacksonville.
    Stroll, bike, or take the Beach bour local beach's favorite shops, pubs, and restaurants.
    Visit St. Augustine, the Nation’s Oldest City, just 30 minutes away.

Close to restaurants and coffee. Found our favorite The Bold Bean. King bed was comfy. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed.Good furniture, nice master bath. Good kitchen except for Teflon pans. Beach chairs and towels. Lots of areas to access beach. Recommend walking to the beach access South towards Ponte Vedra. We would return.

Great location and responsive host

The location was just a quick walk to the beach and was on a nice quiet street so it was the best of both worlds. Our host was always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Amazing location. Close to beach and close to restaurants/stores. We loved being right around the corner from the beach. We have a young baby and that was essential with all the beach stuff we have. Would definitely stay here again!

I truly enjoyed my stay in this nice home. The owner was very nice and accommodating. This residence met all of our needs while visiting Jacksonville. I truly enjoyed the short walk to the beach!

Our host was available for communication and was responsive to requests. Vicki provided good recommendations for local area restaurants and nightlife. The proximity and convenience to the beach was excellent. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and short walk to the beach. I appreciated having coffee available. We all rested well after a long day of activities.
