The house was better than advertised. The patio was perfect for our young family and there was plenty of space in the living area. Beach access was a block away. And the house was almost equal distance to jax beach and atlantic/neptune beach. Terry and Sandra were very resposove on email and text. We would definitely stay there again.

This home was perfect! Great location-a short walk to the very uncrowded beach. Right on the Jax Beach/Neptune Beach line. The house was so clean, and amazingly well stocked. There was nothing we could think of they didn’t have. Two outdoor areas-a patio with a “grass” area which our doggie enjoyed and a covered balcony with comfy chairs.Beds felt great and super soft linens! Plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping close by. Awesome vacation home!!

Perfect family getaway home!

Such a great place to stay while spending time with family in Jacksonville! SO close to the beach! Wonderful neighborhood! SO many extras to make it the perfect vacation! The wagon, beach towels, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand made beach time so fun and easy! The front yard with the table and grill was the perfect spot to hang out with family! The home was filled with SO many extras! It was extra clean and very comfortable! Hosts replied to questions quickly! Will definitely be staying here again!! Our new favorite spot in JAX!

We had a wonderful stay! My wife and I, along with our daughter, son-in-law, and their two little boys (2 ½ and 4 months), found this home to be absolutely perfect. It was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully updated—clearly the owners have an eye for detail. The beachy decor was fresh and tasteful without being overdone.Both beds were very comfortable with high-quality mattresses and top-notch linens. One of our favorite features was the fully stocked beach closet—everything we needed was right there and super convenient.Being just two blocks from the ocean made it easy to walk down and enjoy the beach every day. We truly felt at home and well cared for, and I can honestly say I won’t stay anywhere else in Jacksonville from now on!

Terry and Sandy have provided a wonderful experience. The shed and everything in it was useful. They provided many touches that made it feel like a home. I would highly recommend staying here and I will be looking to re book again.

Christmas/New Year vacation

A very nice house and conveniently located. A very short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything else. Breweries, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops. The house feels bright, the upper deck and first floor patio are very nice. We would definitely come back to this one.

Perfect location

We came in to visit our daughter who lives in Jacksonville and this was the perfect place to visit and enjoy our Thanksgiving:). Beds are super comfy, location is 1 block from the beach and about a mile walk from bars and restaurants. Kitchen is stocked awesome as we were able to cook our entire Thanksgiving dinner with no problems ( we did bring our own oiless fryer to cook our turkey out on the patio). Definitely would recommend this comfy getaway and would stay here again:). Thanks so much.

Wonderful condo! Awesome location

Extremely well equipped townhouse quiet, upstairs, bedrooms, with very comfortable king bed, terrific shower, plenty of kitchen, living room, dining room, space, easy access to everything, and a block and a half from the beach. Who could ask for more. We frequently rent in Jacksonville and this is one of the best condos we've ever stayed in. It even has an upstairs porch from which you can hear the ocean, as well as a down stairs outside patio. We had a great stay here and recommended highly.

Lovely and Quiet Neighborhood

Really easy to get to. Very fresh, clean and everything seems new. Well appointed and the bottled water supply was a plus for me! Being this close to the beach was great for morning walks. The balcony was a great place to ride out tropical storm Debby!

Fantastic stay!

We have stayed in the area many times previously, we arrived to Redfish to find a newly renovated space, that was very well equipped for arriving guests, was very clean, fresh and bright. The addition of newer beach chairs, umbrella and even beach cart was a very pleasant surprise! We will return again! Thank you!

Great Summer Fun

We had a great stay at the townhouse. Bedrooms were big with comfie mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked and there were many extras including paper towels, beach towels, and water. We hope to come back soon.
