The Perfect Stay

This house could it have been a more perfect house for my family and I to stay at for our vacation. The location was convenient and not too far from most of our destinations, the neighborhood was quaint and respectful and April was such a easy host to work with.

This house was amazing, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely come back for anither visit. It was also well decorated and very accommodating and in a lovely and quiet community.

We were not told we could not receive mail so our mail was delayed for 2 months. The thermostat was difficult to manage, and the closet in the master bedroom could not be used. The home was not depicted as displayed on the website. The furniture was uncomfortable especially the couch.The worst part was the unclean kitchen, with old pots and pans that were so dirty they stuck to the cupboard. Utensils were returned to drawers still unclean. We had a family emergency and had to leave two weeks early. We informed the host but she would not return any of our money.

What a lovely home

Thanks for letting us stay in your home in Jacksonville. We had a great stay and appreciated very much how well stocked the house was with so many needed items/supplies for time away from home. Very clean and lovely neighborhood.

Home away from home

We stayed April's place every year and have never been disappointed it is our home away from home. It is clean spacious comfortable with everything available needed for a pleasant stay. April has made the whole process easy. She is always available to answer questions and to provide help when needed.
