"The Skoolie was great. Lots of character and perfect for my son and me. The owners of the farm were very communicative and welcoming. There are a couple great places to eat nearby as well that Scott told us about. Be mindful that the bathroom is very small, so as long as you don't mind navigating that this is the perfect place."

"We bought a house in the area and rented this lake house to reside in while waiting for closing at the beginning of the business week. Unfortunately the closing took an additional 2 weeks. The host was totally accommodating to our situation and made a nerve wracking situation easier to tolerate. We are forever grateful. The cabin had anything you could need except ice. Bring a bag with you."

"Very quiet and peaceful place. Unfortunately the fish weren't biting much. We enjoyed our stay. The lake view was beautiful! The shower was very small. The main bed was big and comfortable. We enjoyed the retro games on the video arcade macine. We are already considering visiting again!"

"There needs to be a handrail for the steps to the porch. There are five steps and no handrail. Elderly people need a handrail to safely navigate the steps and probably required by building code."

"Pam and Tom have created such a fantastic space. We felt right at home from the first step. Everything was extremely beautiful and clean and ready for us to enjoy. Adding in some treats in the fridge and the rest of the pantry was very thoughtful and made us feel so touched. Paddleboarding and kayaking in the river and just spending time in the backyard were our favorite ways to spend time there. There were so many small details that can't be listed, but totaled to an absolutely one-of-a-kind...

"Very nice, unique place. Very clean. Bring some chairs if you want to sit out on the porch (the porch chairs in the property picture weren't there). We didn't sleep there our second night, the bed is very close to the ceiling, this isn't anything negative but my wife is claustrophobic and couldn't sleep the first night. Overall the property was awesome, check in and check out very easy."
