"Good communication. The place was clean. Good space for a family. My only comment for improvement would be: The beds are a bit small for bringing a family, a full in one and a Queen in the other. The Queen for the bigger room needs a new mattress. The firmness was fine, but it was way too "springy" with any movement. If the mattress was replaced, I would definitely stay here again!"

"The pond did not look like it did in the picture and it was a disgusting color and did not have a beach walk in area. There was also a bug in the refrigerator and on the floor by the refrigerator and then another bug by the garbage can and there was dog food from previous people that wasn’t picked up also thought it was ridiculous at 830 in the morning there was a mowing crew outside that was woken up to on my vacation and I took pictures of it "

"Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville."

"Poor host experience due to us renting this cottage almost 3 weeks in advance, than was told last minute that we were being bumped to a property that isnt listed thru vrbo due to the "weather". When in all actuality the host had somebody else staying in the blue cottage. The loft apartment that we were moved to was cold and dirty. "
