"Everything was okay. The breakfast was nice but the didn’t have any kind of soap in the lobby bathroom nor did they have hand sanitizer. When asked they just said they were out and that was it. The room was okay"

"Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient."

"The hotel literally smelled awful the second we walked in. It’s surrounded by a chop shop in front and abandoned restaurants to the side. The room was filthy. The fire alarm kept going off. We asked for a repair and it took over 2 hours and me calling the fire department to get it fixed. The employee at the desk called me “white devil” because at the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer it was going to be before they could fix it. Total waste of money. I would highly recommend going literally...

The location is perfect—tucked right by the Tanger Outlets for easy shopping and just a quick, straightforward 20-minute drive down to the Gulf Shores beaches. It was so nice to enjoy the coast during the day and retreat to a much quieter, more budget-friendly spot at night.The room was incredibly spacious and felt more like a mini-apartment than a standard hotel...

"If we could have, we would have cancelled our rooms and found somewhere else to stay because the hotel rooms weren't as clean as they should have been the floors were dirty like they didn't vacuum good at all. One of our rooms the bed had purple stains on the covers I know they seen that when they made the beds. The outside was very horrifying because they had men sitting all around outside all hours of the day and night drinking looking very creepy to the point, I wouldn't let my kids go...
