Located at Paradise Village at Zion #102 in Santa Clara, Utah, this house has epic views of the Red Mountain and Snow Canyon's red rocks. The deck overlooks the new Water Park. Ride bikes to State Parks. Take short drives to National Parks.

This home is the complete package! The epic views of the Red Mountain and Snow Canyon's surrounding red rock from the upper living room balcony never grow old, which also over looks the new Paradise Village water park. Relax, grab a good book, and pull up a comfy chair on one of the multiple patio-decks or take in the view of palm trees while you soak in your own private Bullfrog Spa hot tub. Take it up a notch by having a legendary game night with foosball, ping pong, and hoop shoot, or catch a game on one of the (2) 75" Ultra HD TVs. This will soon become a favorite getaway location for the whole family and is perfect for a large families, reunions, groups and other events in southern Utah.

Great place!

When we arrived (15 minutes early), the cleaning crew was there. We came back at 4:00, they were gone and we let ourselves in. In looking around, we discovered that both garbage cans were overflowing full, the microwave was very dirty, and the freezer portion of the fridge was extremely dirty. We contacted maintenance and they came and emptied the garbage cans right away. Which was wonderful. My wife cleaned out the microwave and we just dealt with the freezer in the dirty condition it was in. After a few hours of being there, we realized that the icemaker did not work, however, I did not call maintenance to get it fixed as I knew we were only staying a couple nights. We went and bought bags of ice for our purposes. Great location to the swimming area, which the grandkids loved!

Great time!

Enjoyed a fun weekend girls trip with an outdoor adventure group. The home was clean and had plenty of space for everyone with 6 beds and 8 bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and the water temps were perfect. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked, but we weren't doing a lot of cooking so it worked out. The neighborhood is great and the location right across from the pool was fantastic. Easy communication with the rental company. We would stay again!

It was good. The kitchen could be a little more stocked. The master bedroom had some blood on the bed spread and top blanket. There could be some up keep inside the house. The carpet was really wore out.

Great place but very dirty

We had a great time staying in this home and playing at the pool. It was a family reunion and we made lots of memories. The house was a great size and was very comfortable for our large group. The house was very dirty. We had to request to have the intake and vents cleaned as well as the ceiling fans because they were completely caked in dust. The carpets and hard floors seem to have never been cleaned and there were cockroaches everywhere! We own a pest control company and so we know that the company handling the pest management for Utah’s best is not handling the situation. We had cockroaches get inside of packages of food that were in the cupboards! When maintenance did come to the house to clean the intake and vents, they put the hose in the hot tub, left it running with the cover open, and left the house. We returned from swimming to find the water running over and flooding the backyard. We had several very young children that could have fallen in. When I reported this, no one even seemed concerned. Before arriving, I had asked about pool floats and whether or not we would need to bring some. I was told they had several. There were 5 or 6 and only one held air. There was a foot pump that took about 20 minutes to fill a tube with. Again, I brought it to the attention of management and did not receive feedback. We ended up going to Dollar Tree to buy pool noodles for everyone. Overall, we had a great time, but the cleanliness and care could definitely use some improve.

Great for family reunion

First night the upstairs a/c was broken. But they had it fixed by the next morning. The rest of the vacation was perfect. Kids loved the pool, we went every single day. Tons of sleeping room!

We didn’t want to leave!

This house was perfect for our extended family! We loved having the kids pool and lazy river RIGHT across the street. So fun!!! The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. All the extras like games and pool floats were so appreciated. One reviewer mentioned cockroaches. We didn’t see a single cockroach in the house. The only small glitch we had was with the ice maker in the freezer but management responded to the problem almost immediately and answered any other questions we had within minutes. We truly loved our time here. It went way too fast! We would love to stay here again!

The facility was awesome. You have a horrible case of cockroaches. They were in several bathrooms

Loved the location and loved the park. The house was very nice. Other than the infestation with cockroaches, it was fabulous. Not sure if I’d go there again just because of the bugs.

Great spot

We had a great time. Plenty of space for 30 people of all ages. Our only complaint was that the ac downstairs was out the whole time and it was work to get help with it and even then, the problem wasn’t fixed. We did not have ac downstairs the entire trip and any help we got was after 10:30 pm when children were sleeping and they needed to work in the bedrooms. Hope they fix the ac today before the next people arrive!

Fun place

We had to wait for a while to check in because they were still cleaning it because the people before us trashed the place. The cleaning ladies were really nice and apologetic and we understood what they were going through. It would have been nice if there was some tin foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen.

Location excellent. Came to fiull garbage cans so nowhere to put our garbage. Had to carry it down the street Fire pit doesn’t work. Didn’t even try after that to use bbq Great to have a bathroom for each bedroom We’ll equipped with pot and pans. Bunk/playroom was a great hit!

This was a very nice clean home. We wished there would have been a second refrigerator in the garage, as when you bring 30 people, the fridge fills up fast. Kids loved the pool right across from the home and the hot tub! It was clean and everything was in good order. Thanks for a fun vacation!

Disappointing

We make an annual family trip to St George to escape the cold and enjoy southern Utah. This is the first year we’ve tried Paradise Village and it was very disappointing. The homes are a little older than Acadia Resorts, there were a number of light bulbs burned out and the furniture had a lot of wear and tear. One of the shower curtains collapsed randomly while someone was using it. We were excited about the kids pool, but were informed after booking that the pool would be closed for repairs during our visit. I asked if we could use one of the other pools at an adjacent property and never heard back. The hot tub was the worst. The water was very low and cloudy. It started foaming excessively when we started it, and when we checked the filter it was lined with dirt. I sent all of this information to the property owners but have yet to hear any response.

Excellent home

Large home, plenty of room. We had our immediate family reunion (5 families). We loved every minute of it. The management is excellent to work with. The swimming park was a kick. Even the older adults liked it.

Great vacation property

Our family enjoyed our time in this fun vacation property. So many fun things to do with the bike trails you can access close by, Snow Canyon just a few minutes away, and of course the water park and lazy river just steps from our front door! The home was large enough for our large group and the beds were comfortable too. :)

Great family getaway

Our family loved this home and gathering location. Plenty of room for everyone and really fun for kids. A couple things; some of the tvs in the rooms didn’t work-we didn’t call as we didn’t use the tv much anyway. Really slow internet. Carpets appeared to be very dirty. More kitchen supplies like paper towels and trash bags. There were no kitchen dishcloths or towels, had to use a pool towel. One garage remote didn’t work. Overall a great house, the customer service was excellent .
