Què li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei, comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We had a great stay at Nordstern hotel. Strategic location, near public transport, the Galata tower and Galata bridge. The rooms have a nice vintage style decor with high ceilings while the bathroom is very modern (a smart choice). Our room was very clean and neat. The breakfast is buffet style with many savoury and sweet options.
But the best part of the hotel is the excellent staff: they are very warm, kind, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel at home. Our airport transfer service was arranged smoothly and the contact with the hotel manager and reception was easy. We really liked the small attentive gestures from the staff: we were offered cold water when we arrived (apart from the bottled water in the rooms), and when we came back to our room after a long (warm!) day, we saw a bottle of ice cold water and normal bottled water. We would also like to thank the kitchen staff for the Turkish coffee, and they also offered to make us an omelette for breakfast, very kind. A big thank you to the staff!
I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel at home in a neat hotel at a great location with excellent staff. Hopefully till next time.
