There is some road work being done around the hotel area. So the area is a bit dusty and muddy at times. The property is safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed for 1 month for work. The bed is not the most comfortable, but the place is clean. Housekeeping services daily. The Eresin is next door and I went frequently to use the gym and spa services. The gym was 1000 TL per day. The Eresin hotel also have a decent restaurant that I ate from at times. The Eresin hotel is right in front of a tram stop. This made it easy to get to the Grand Bazaar ect. The Express is very basic, they provide hot water and a vending machine in the lobby. But no, coffee or tea and no bottle waters to the room. No room service. I did use the Eresin ( next door hotel) laundry services.
But I guess for the price of the Express you can’t expect much more.
Overall it’s a nice clean safe hotel. With a fairly modern and simplistic design. It is just for express lodging. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
