The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The moment you walk into this hotel, you can tell from the clientele that it is basically a brothel renting rooms by the hour. Despite arriving at 10 PM, our reserved room was still not ready. We had to wait another two hours before a staff member finally approached us and proudly announced that they had prepared a “super room” for us. At first, the room reeked so badly of cigarette smoke that it completely masked the smell of mold and the sewage stench coming from the shower drain. The next day, when it started raining, the roof and the wall around the window leaked so badly that the entire room ended up flooded. Do not book this hotel, even if they offer you a room for free.

Giriş saatimizrlden geç gelmemize rağmen temizlik yapılıyor diye bizi kısa bir süre beklettiler Fakat odaya çıktığımızda oda temiz değildi. İçilmiş su şişesi bile komidin üzerinde duruyordu.

Odalar temiz değildi. Klozet sapsarı ve lekeliydi. Banyo temiz yıkanmadığı için kokuyordu. Odadaki koltuklara oturmaya iğreniyordunuz. Tuvalet kapısı kirli el lekesiydi. Bir tek yataklar temizdi. Yorumlara bakarak rezervasyon yaptık ama hijyen konusunda çok zayıftı. Gece 4:30 da bir gürültü ile uyandık. Müzik sesleri bağırmalar vs. Kimse gelip de müdahale etmedi. Konum olarak gideceğimiz yere yakın olduğu için tercih ettik.

Temizlik fena değildi fakat bunun dışında hiç birşey iyi değildi otelin çok kasetli bir ambiansı var odaların duvarları çok ince bütün sesler bizim odamizdaydı uykusuz kaldık banyodaki fıskiye bozuktu bir daha tercih edeceğim bir işletme değil maalesef 😐

Alınan hizmet ödenen paranın karşılığı değil.

Akşam kahvaltı olduğu söylenmesine rağmen sabah 7.30 da kahvaltının olmadığını öğrendim. Saat 8 de kahvaltı verebileceklerini onun için de önceden rezervasyon yapmamız gerektiğini söylediler, çok ilginçti.Otelden aç çıktık Çalışan personel bir turizm işletmesinden beklenmeyecek kadar kötü.

Номер грязный, пыльный. Крышка чайника отломаная и пыльная. Дизайн комнат и коридоров специфический в красно-черных тонах с эротическими картинами. В отеле при входе магазинчик со спиртными напиткаии и бакалеей. Персонал хороший, вежливый. Отель близко к центру, рядом торговые центры, остановки общественного транспорта, банкоматы.

여기는 일반 호텔이 아닌 러브호텔 같은 곳입니다. 객실은 첫날 들어갔는데 침대 머리맡에 먼지와 오물이 너무 많고 화장실 새수건 위에는 여자 팬티가 입었던것이 올려져있었네요 불결해서 옆으로 치워놓고 그래도 뒀는데 퇴실할때까지 안치우고 그대로 뒀네요 둘째날 방 청소 안되서 카운터에 요청해서 방청소 했구요 셋째날은 방청소가 되어있었구요 넷째날 또 방청소가 안되있어서 카운터에 문의하니 고객의 동의없이 방에 함부러 못 들어간다고 어의없는 응답을 하네요. 공항픽업은 메일로 2회 호텔스닷컴으로 3회 요청을 했지만 끝까지 답변 못받았고 결국 택시로 이동했습니다. amex 카드 master카드 안됩니다. 카드결제 안되서 현금으로 결제했어요.

Close to Marmara mall in Beylikduzu, convenient location for mall and Havaist. Simple, clean place, nothing fancy, but reasonable. No breakfast place at all.

Otelin otoparkı yoktu. Saat 14:00’da giriş yapmamıza rağmen yarım saat bekletildik. Genel temizlik iyiydi. Jakuzi çalışmıyor küvet olarak güncelleyin bence.

Bad service and smell of insecticide

This hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel used insecticides during our stay. Without that I was aware of this. It smelled in everywhere. After one day all our clothes started to smell of insecticide. a lot of noise at night. Will never be quiet. The staff are very arrogant and you have to ask them several times for help to get help. We ordered 2 bed rooms, but we got a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was without duvets and pillows etc. We had to nag several times for them to fix this. The cleaners in this hotel are very welcoming and kind. Other employees who work at the reception must learn from them.

Happy but not so much

I was there for 1 week and no cleaning room, i ask to front office and they say no problem you get it every day but never clean my room. Staff don t speak english, just 1 man speak english but he stays there just at afternoon duty. Room was big enough. There are many restaurants and minimarket next to the hotel.

Very unclean,very bad.

Wir gehen nie wieder in dieses Hotel.Wir hatten ein schreckliches Raucherzimmer,wir sind Nichtraucher.Vorhänge sind Gelb,imens starker Raucher gestankt.Zimmer sehr unsauber. Kissen wurden nicht gewaschen, hatten noch nach Parfum von den Vorgänger gerochen.TV,nicht funktioniert. Dusche defekt.Wir fragten nach einem Nichtraucher Zimmer, sie hatten aber offenbar keines mehr.Dann kam einer vor Personal und öffnete die Fenster,das hätten wir auch selber machen können.Frühstück wurde nicht Angeboten,das gäbe es in diesem Hotel nicht.Alles in allem,eine zumuzung und grosse Entäuschung.
