Què li ha agradat: Neteja
The water in the swimming pool was extremely cold, making it impossible to swim. During my entire 4-night stay, I didn’t see anyone using the pool for the same reason. I reported this issue, but no action was taken. The steam room was also out of service for all 4 nights. We specifically paid a higher room rate because the property advertised a swimming pool and steam room, but neither was usable.
I also have children, and the main reason we booked this hotel was because they were excited to swim every evening — but they couldn’t use the pool at all due to the temperature.
The lights in the lobby were always off, and it was very dark every time we returned to the hotel in the evening. It didn’t feel inviting or welcoming.
As we checked out, we were unexpectedly asked to pay for the water we drank in the room. This charge was never mentioned to us before or during our stay, which was quite disappointing.
The rooms are quite small, and overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for what we received.
On the positive side, the staff were great, the location is convenient, and housekeeping did a very good job. Breakfast was decent, but it would be better if they added fried eggs as an option.
