"So, I want to be careful when writing this review. I’m not going to slam this place and say it’s total junk. It’s not. It is also not for anyone fancy, or anyone looking to enjoy a place near Sámara, and treat it as a home base. We stayed one night, and that was it. Carlos is a wonderful man who seems to be the manager. Very sweet, and you can tell he maintains the grounds and pool. The women in our group had concerns about bugs, but considering the location, the layout of the place (mostly open air), and it being an eco-friendly environment, that was expected. "Nothing but good things to stay about nosara and this place me, my husband and our 1 year old got to call home for a week and a half. Great, quiet location with beach, coffee shop and restaurants walking distance- had sunset dinners at la Luna multiple times!
