  • Disfrute de sus vacaciones relajándose con el sonido del Pacífico y despiértese con nuestro desayuno casero incluido. Nuestra casa recién construida fue diseñada para que la familia y los amigos tengan un espacio privado. El concepto abierto y los espacios de vida interior / exterior hacen que la vida costera de Costa Rica sea cotidiana. Nos encanta cocinar, leer junto a la piscina y mirar el océano. Estamos ubicados a 5 minutos de Carrillo Beach, "nuestro lugar ritual para caminar por la mañana" y en una calle sin salida que hace que la vida sea agradable y tranquila. En casa Chef disponible bajo petición.

    Al entrar por la puerta principal, verá de inmediato la hermosa vista del Océano Pacífico, el piso principal es todo un espacio abierto con espacios interiores y exteriores. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama. La sala de televisión también se puede convertir en una habitación extra con un sofá cama muy cómodo. Incluimos un baño privado en esta habitación también en caso de que alguien duerma allí. El segundo piso tiene 4 habitaciones espaciosas, todas con baño privado. Otro objetivo nuestro era tener una vista del océano desde cada habitación de la casa. El dormitorio principal tiene una gran terraza cubierta, este es mi lugar de yoga por la mañana. Otra adicción son nuestros cuidadores, viven en un apartamento justo debajo de la cocina, son muy amables y cuidan muy bien nuestra casa. Servirán el desayuno todas las mañanas y mantendrán la casa limpia y agradable todos los días.

This was an amazing property with an amazing view and location. All expectations were exceeded. What puts this property above others is the caretaker. The caretaker was absolutely fantastic and made our trip more enjoyable than expected. She made amazing meals, was super friendly and was super helpful when planning our daily activities. Thank you

Our family had an absolutely incredible stay, and we would recommend this home without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and privacy. The location was ideal…peaceful and secluded while still being just a short drive from beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and local attractions. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.The amenities were outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We especially appreciated the daily breakfasts, which were fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed several dinners at the house, and they were among the best meals we had during our trip.The host and on-site staff were exceptional. Communication before and during our stay was prompt and professional, and everyone was incredibly kind and attentive while still respecting our privacy.We also used the host’s preferred concierge service, and it was one of the best decisions we made. They were extremely responsive and helped coordinate restaurant reservations, activities, and local recommendations, making our vacation completely stress-free.If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, private home with exceptional service, outstanding food, and a seamless guest experience, look no further. We had a wonderful stay at this home during our first trip to Costa Rica. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the owner was very communicative and helpful while preparing for our visit.Alexandria and Sonia were exceptional—always kind, welcoming, and discreet while keeping the home spotless. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge convenience, especially with all of the activities our family enjoyed during the week.The living room, foyer, and kitchen are not air-conditioned, but each bedroom has A/C, which made for very comfortable sleeping.For future guests, it’s worth noting that if you’re hoping for an easy, safe walk to a swimmable beach where you can spend the day, this may not be the best fit. The beach access was farther than we expected, and we didn’t feel comfortable making the walk with our family, so we relied on drivers instead. Fortunately, we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful pool, which worked out perfectly for us.Our airport driver initially had difficulty finding the home using the original location provided, but the owner responded immediately via WhatsApp with an updated GPS pin. Once we received it, navigation was easy for the rest of our stay.Overall, this home was exactly what we were looking for. If your priority is stunning views, outstanding hospitality, and a peaceful place to relax, you’ll have a wonderful stay.

Group of 8 friends and we had an absolutely amazing time! The house if beautiful, communication with the host, concierge and Sonia was an absolute breeze. Can't wait to go back!

3 Weeks in Costa Rica

We stayed for 3 weeks with our family in this beautiful house. The house was well equipped and the daily maid service along with daily chef was absolutely amazing and made this a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation for all of us.

We had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely beautiful as pictured! We loved the indoor/outdoor feel with the large sliders opening up to the outside living area, pool and full views of the Pacific. All bedrooms are air conditioned for comfortable sleep. We had plenty of room for our family of 8 and it was an ideal setup. Each bedroom has its own bathroom attached for privacy. The owner thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. Sonia does her job well and is there to make your stay easy and is available to cook and clean. We ordered 2 evening meals prepared by Sonia and they were the best food we ate in Costa Rica. Breakfasts were plentiful and timely. All these details you can arrange with Sonia upon arrival. We owned an VRBO so we are familiar with how to run one and this is top notch and we would recommend it! Please know you should have 4 wheel drive for a vehicle as the road to get to the house has gravel and has some hills. Loved our stay! 5 stars!

Beautiful home

Our family's first time to Costa Rica. We loved this home and the location. Beach is short drive away if you want to swim. Can not say enough wonderful things about the caretaker- Sonja. Excellent cook and lovely person.

Views are lovely!

We traveled down for a business meeting and got away to this house at the beach for a few days. Lovely! I wish the beach was a little easier to access- its a short hike. Driving from the main city was an adventure :) Thank you we loved it!

Beautiful property with a view that is unbelievable. Pictures do not do it justice. Not a property or anyone else in the sight line. A little off the beaten path but totally worth it.

Fantastic Family Villa!

The prior reviews gave good insight. Great coastal view and Playa Carillo is a 5 minute drive. We made a trip to the beach every morning with the kids to start the day, home to Zonia's amazing and gorgeous breakfast and then right to the pool. We basically lived on the terrace for the week but appreciated the air conditioned rooms at night. Sonia made several dinners for us and all were delicious! We appreciated Zonia, Roidi and Alessandra who all made us feel welcome with their hospitality. The owners checked in with us and all went smoothly. Thanks for a memorable family vacation! This villa worked perfectly for all 7 of us.

Secluded luxury, 5 star accommodations with amenities and adventures close by.

The pictures although accurate aren't fully able to capture the quality and design of this home. Whether it's the super high end appliances, the salt water pool, the showers or majestic views, nothing has you wanting more. Gourmet kitchen and the latest in technology just keep reaffirming you are being pampered hourly. The caregivers on the property are fantastic and ensure everything is maintained to its original high standards. Oh and if that's not enough, the daily breakfasts are delicious and provide the perfect start to another day in paradise. I honestly believe you would be very hard pressed to find a better value in all of Costa Rica.

Relaxing Week with Amazing Cuisine

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home in Costa Rica. The home was beautiful, secluded, and peaceful despite the construction on both sides of the home. The onsite caretaker and chef, Sonia, was amazing! I cannot rave enough about the incredible food that was provided to us during our stay. From breakfast to dinner, every dish was absolutely delicious and made with the freshest ingredients. It truly made our vacation feel like a luxurious and personalized experience. If you enjoy bird watching, there were lots of species to watch from the porch. A bonus to the house was Nagra, Sonia's beautiful dog! I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a relaxing and delicious getaway in Costa Rica.

Awesome experience!

The villa is amazing. Well designed, beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle. Plenty of space to lounge outside and enjoy the pool and wonderful breakfasts and dinners, plenty of bedrooms for our family's 4 groups (11 people). Terrific view to see waves crash on the rocks. But most of all, Sonia and her staff were incredible. So helpful, always pleasant, so efficient and professional, and wonderful, I mean wonderful cooks. The nearby beaches are fantastic...Playa Carrillo for lounging under the palm trees, Playa Samara for kids surfing and plenty of restaurants. Anggie, our property manager was always timely and so helpful with our planning. We had two rental SUVs delivered to the villa and that service was perfect, as was the services of Didi and Pierre, our concierges. All in all, we unanimously agree this was the trip of a lifetime.

Perfect Getaway Home

This VRBO rental is exactly as described in the listing and pictures and actually more beautiful in person. The accommodations were perfect for a group of 10. The grounds were kept in great condition, the house staff was friendly and timely with daily cleaning and food service. The chef prepared meals were served on-time, hot and very delicious. The location is perfect for having a private exercise or yoga session outside overlooking the beach. The pool was refreshing and much needed to cool down in the heat. The house is located close to Samara where we enjoyed bars/restaurants and the beach. The concierge service was very responsive to all of our requests and did an exceptional job coordinated our car service, jungle ATV tour, day tour in Rincon and more! This house and the service is 5 stars!!!

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful. Clean. Open spaces. Amazing service and care from the woman who lives there. She made the best dinner we had during our entire trip. If I had to do it over I may pay her to cook 4 out of 5 nights! The view was perfect. The last day we had 7 howler monkeys in the trees!! Our college and high school age kids were so excited. The owners hired a concierge to help us book adventures and dinners. This was a HUGE help. He was kind and attentive. We walked down to the water from the house which was a bit of a hike but SO worth it. Gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this house and all the wonderful people and views that went with it.

2025 Family Vacay

This property was everything we expected. The in-house chef with breakfast every morning was amazing. It was such a treat! She stays in her own place and you don't even notice she's there but she appears with a wonderful breakfast at your preferred time. We even paid extra for her to make dinner the night we arrived which was absolutely delicious. The ocean view here has spoiled me. You can also see it from 3 of the bedrooms. The only thing we wished for was access to the beach from this property. There is a big cliff with large rocks so you have to go down the road a bit to get down to the ocean. We used the pool every day. The air-conditioned bedrooms were fabulous for those hot days. The house also has backup power for times the electricity went out which was very convenient. The host was very communicative and responsive. We could not have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed

Perfect jungle oasis

The property is even better in person. The house manager Zonia, was very responsive and very helpful. We had no complaints about the delicious breakfast she prepared daily. We stayed with 6 adults in the house and 3 additional adults that visited daily. We were all VERY comfortable on the property together. The villa is located off the main roads and does require a 4x4 vehicle to safely manage the roads. I would suggest renting an off road SUV so that you can come and go as you please. The internet works inside the house but there is no reception in the mountains near the house. If you use taxi service they can not call or text you when they are outside of the gate due to no service. To be honest, there is nothing the property can do about no service in the mountains so I truly give this property 5 out of 5.

Nice property

While my family and I did have a wonderful week at this property, there are definitely some things that I feel should be mentioned. To be clear the only air-conditioned spaces in this property are the bedrooms. The main house is not air-conditioned. The house also has a bit of an odd layout as there is only one small bedroom located downstairs that also doubles as a TV room. There is only 1 tv located in the entire home and it is in this room. If you have anybody that cannot do a big staircase, they are restricted to the downstairs level. All the bedrooms are big and spacious and air-conditioned. The main house is not which makes it quite hot. Every time it rains, the electricity in the house goes out for a period of time. Since this house is somewhat operated on Solar it is hard to tell if the issue is actually the weather or the home. Sonia, the housekeeper who lives downstairs is very nice. You will see her periodically throughout your stay as well as different people that come and go on the property. As I mentioned, the house itself is beautiful with lots of space for everybody to enjoy. The infinity pool is fantastic with great views of the ocean. There are quite a lot of bugs that you have to deal with throughout your stay as the only way to get any form of airflow downstairs is to open the screen doors, many of which have holes in the screens. The property is located at the end of a very long, unpaved road so I would definitely suggest having a four-wheel-drive car.

Beautiful Home with Spectacular Ocean View

This is one of the most beautiful homes we've ever rented. We loved being so close to the ocean and waking up to the sound of the crashing waves. Sonia was wonderful and made delicious breakfasts each morning--her smoothies were better than any we bought on our trip. We were a group of two families with a total of 7 children ranging in age from 5-13. The kids loved the infinity pool and spent hours playing in it. No beach in close proximity but we had fun hiking down to the tide pools below the home. For beach play, we drove to Samara about 15 minutes away, which was one of the nicest beaches we've ever been to anywhere in the world. Overall, this was a great property.
