With more than 4,100 square feet of living space, this home features 6 bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, plus 3 additional half baths, including a convenient poolside bathroom. Elevator access services every level of the home for added convenience.

The first floor features a spacious open-concept living area centered around a true gourmet chef’s kitchen with professional-grade appliances, a large center island, and a butler’s pantry. The great room offers plenty of comfortable seating along with a wet bar—perfect for entertaining family and friends after a day at the beach.
Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms. Just off the living area, the rear deck overlooks the pool and provides direct stair access to the outdoor space below.

***Parties and events are strictly prohibited. This includes bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, graduations, and similar gatherings. Guests hosting parties will be asked to vacate immediately without refund.
***Please park all vehicles in the driveway or garage only. Parking on the street or grass is prohibited and may result in tickets from local police.
***No early check-ins available. Please no pets or smoking on premises.

***Bed linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries are included (one towel set per guest). Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but can be rented locally.
