This elevated six bedroom custom built private home has a rooftop deck perfect for sun bathing and capturing small peeks of the Atlantic!

Spend the sunny days out at the beach and return to the private outdoor shower with a changing area. Then as the sun sets enjoy the calming sea breeze from the comfort of rocking chairs and loungers on each balcony. Don’t rush inside to eat, you can also grill up a delicious meal on the outdoor gas grill (Located behind the house in backyard).

Inside you will find a spacious gourmet kitchen, large den with state-of-the-art entertainment system, and two master suites (one with a Jacuzzi tub). All of the bedrooms have plush carpet and Flat-screen cable TVs. For addition comfort there are ceiling fans throughout the home, a gas fireplace, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This home has an elevator with access to all levels, with exception of roof level. **Please keep in mind that access from the garage ground level does require an approximate 10'' step to enter elevator cab.

HBO and Wi-Fi included. Free long distance calling. Garage. 3,320 sq. ft. Linens included. No pets. No smoking.

Cooper River Run weekend- relaxed at the beach and inside this big, Beautful home. Lounged on porches and close to everything!

We have nothing to complain about the property. The accommodations were fabulous, but one of the owners came to work on one of the bedrooms and we did not let them in because we were not informed that they would be coming.

We had several family members coming from out of town for a wedding. We all wanted to stay together to catch up. This house had plenty of bedroom space to accommodate as well as comfortable open living space for us all to sit and chat. Clean house, easy beach access (a little bit of a longer walk than expected but still not bad). Highly recommended.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a large home well suited for two families. Had everything we needed for cooking except the outside BBQ Grill was filthy.
