Upon entering the home, you'll find a den around which four of the home's bedrooms (including one of the two primary suites) are located as well as a stairwell to the second floor and a back porch that leads to a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's second primary suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the living room. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a game room with a foosball table, two bunk bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the balcony. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sea Gem's many exterior balconies. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 6 cars is included in the rental rate.



Sea Gem is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off. There will be construction traffic and noise in the immediate area of any work site. Check the City site for more details.

Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
