Casa de playa de 7 dormitorios frente al mar

Nuestra CASA DE PLAYA en 806 Ocean Boulevard está directamente en el océano. Puedes escuchar las olas desde las habitaciones del frente. Acabamos de terminar de pintar por dentro y por fuera. La gran sala y las habitaciones han sido redecoradas. Esta es una casa de playa para familias numerosas. La gran sala tiene dos niveles con ventanas arriba para darle una sensación de PLAYA incluso mientras está dentro. La casa es muy abierta con mucha luz. Hay mucho espacio incluso para grupos grandes para estar juntos sin ninguna sensación de estar abarrotados.
La ubicación es ideal. Estás a 2 cuadras de la playa a pie de comida, bebidas, helados, tiendas y videojuegos. Sin embargo, está lo suficientemente lejos de cualquier estacionamiento público como para que la playa frente a la casa esté limitada a los ocupantes de las casas y no a los turistas de día. Nunca está lleno de gente.


Hay una cama king en el dormitorio principal frente al océano y una reina en el dormitorio opuesto frente al océano. Hay una reina en la habitación del lado de la calle con un baño entre las dos habitaciones.
Arriba hay dos dormitorios a cada lado con un desván y baños entre las habitaciones a cada lado. En el frente del océano hay un rey a un lado y un rey con un sofá cama doble para niños en el otro. En el lado de la calle hay una habitación con 3 camas individuales y una habitación con 2 literas y una cama extra. Hay un sofá cama en el desván de conexión.

La cubierta inferior está cubierta con protección contra el sol y la lluvia. Esta terraza tiene dos juegos de mesa y sillas para cenar o tomar un cóctel al aire libre. Hay dos terrazas abiertas en las habitaciones de arriba frente al mar para tomar el sol en privado.

Tenga en cuenta que durante la temporada baja (enero, febrero, marzo) puede alquilar esta propiedad por $ 950 por noche y disfrutar del océano. ¡Su fiesta no necesita llenar cada habitación para disfrutar de esta propiedad! ¡Piense 3 habitaciones en lugar de 7 y es una ganga en comparación con quedarse en el centro! ¡Disfrutar!

Gorgeous location

Beautiful place to stay if you want to wake up to ocean waves and the sunrise. Large deck overlooking the ocean - great place to have morning coffee. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!!

The most INCREDIBLE stay! Just what my friends and I needed. Right on the beach, clean, bright, and just down the block from the nightlife. Cannot recommend this place enough! The perfect house

My fiancée and I had some friends stay with us here. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and then some. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars if that’s something you are interested in. The home owner was very responsive and was very helpful making accommodations for us when needed. The only thing about the house was that we preplanned where everyone was going to be sleeping but one of the rooms that had two bunk beds in the listing were broken down into two bedrooms with three beds. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Our family has several aunts/uncles turning 60 and several cousins turning 30 this year, so a group did the bridge in celebration of all the “big” birthdays. This house is great for a large family gathering! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and the view of the ocean is amazing! It’s well equipped for any of your needs and the location is perfect! I highly recommend it !

The house worked perfect for our large group. Sitting on the porch with the breeze was wonderful. This is an older home with upgrades. Has the charm of old and new. We loved our week! Need to stay longer next time.

Great house

We had 13 adults and 3 children. The layout of this house was perfect. Plenty of communal area to not feel crowded. It has a great view of the beach and was just steps away. Plenty of parking also. I was a little hesitant to rent after reading some of the earlier reviews but so glad I went ahead and booked. We all thought this was the best house we have stayed at. I will be honest, there were some issues that need to be addressed such as electrical lights but this wasn't really an issue for us. It is not the most luxurious but you can tell they have made updates and it is very nice. Yes, the outside is a little run down but who cares as long as there are no safety issues. Unless you are super picky and hard to please, you will like this house. You can also walk to some restaurants and ice cream shop.

Definitely a good location!!! Beach, walking distance to restaurants & bars. House is no frills. Could use a good coat of paint, upgrade garbage disposal, new grill is needed as lighter doesn’t work & maybe a couch that is comfortable to sit on.

We really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house was roomy & comfortable for our large family. Had all the amenities that we needed. It’s a bit older house, so wear & tear is expected & acceptable. Inside was great. The outside of the house could use some attention. The grounds were somewhat grown up. A little pressure washing would make a huge difference. Overall, we would pick this house again. Beach access was wonderful. Thank you for helping us make more family memories.

The location is fabulous - the house needs numerous repairs. Of the 4 lightbulbs in the living room fan - only 1 was present. 2 of 4 bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, the rails on the deck loose, rust was running from the window frames, holes in the wall where hooks use to be (they were laying in the room), doors don't close, bedroom carpets need cleaned, outdoor shower has 'mushy' boards, stair rails were not attached, etc. The outdoor approach was full of weeds, and the pillars are rotting. This is not worth the fees we were charged. The instructions to get into the house are not accurate. An attempt to reach the property manager resulted in an 'error page' so there was no way to reach them. To top it off, we lost a diamond ring in the house. Please advise if it's found in the cleaning process.

Charleston Family Getaway

The house location was ideal and we loved being right on the beach. It accommodated our large family well. It was nice having a basket of beach towels which we used frequently. We loved the setup upstairs. It gave our adult children and their families their own space and bathrooms. The seating in the common area worked well. As for any concerns, the mattress/box spring in the master bedroom was broken resulting in the side of the mattress closest to the bathroom sloping downward. It would have been nice to have had dish towels to clean up the kitchen and a larger supply of dishwasher and hand soap. We did try to reach out to Gus about this but did not receive a reply during our stay. The interior looked to be recently renovated and was very comfortable. The outside needs some maintenance but this did not affect our stay. Overall we had a great experience.

The property was not as described.

The description of the property states: “We have just finished repainting inside and out. The great room and bedrooms have been redecorated.” However, the paint was peeling off of the steps and porch and there was a rusty nail protruding on one of the steps. The steps were also mildewed. The door sill was falling apart, there was a crack in the bottom of the door and the door itself was badly in need of painting on the outside. On the inside, the area around the door knob was black with grime. I personally scrubbed it down, as well as cleaned the hand rail leading upstairs. It was filthy. The walls were scraped and dirty. They did not look as though they had been painted recently or even in the last year. The furniture was beat up and not clean. Some of the chairs were cracked and compromised. The carpets were stained and the wooden floors were scraped, scarred and filthy. There is no way this house could be described as “decorated.” The furniture was mismatched and beat up. The location is fantastic and if the house is ever renovated, it would be a great place.

Great location. On the beach and near shopping. Perfect layout for a family reunion. Bathrooms and appliances are new.. Could use some fresh paint and new flooring but he is working on upgrading the windows and doors. Very responsive.

Great Location and Beach View!

Older house and grounds in need of some paint and updating however bathrooms were recently updated. Plenty of room for the 20 of us and our active group. Reported to owner that maid cleaning service was poor so hopefully he will address that. Several had complaints about the mattresses but overall about 4 stars.
