  • This amazing beach home is just one block from the beach and has been completely renovated inside and out, offering a fresh, modern coastal retreat with thoughtful design throughout.

    The home is set up across two levels, each featuring the exact same floor plan for added convenience and flexibility. Both floors offer an open-concept living and dining area paired with a beautifully updated kitchen featuring quartz countertops. Each living room includes a large sectional facing a 65-inch TV, creating a comfortable space for relaxing and gathering.

    Each level includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms overall. The bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations and are conveniently located for shared use on each floor.

    Guests will appreciate both interior and exterior stair access between levels, making movement throughout the home easy and efficient.

    Enjoy the coastal breeze from two full-length porches—one on each level—stretching across the front of the home, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the beach atmosphere.

We arrived after dark and it would have been nice for porch light to be on. The screen door was locked and it took a few minutes to figure out that there was no screen surrounding the door and that we could simply reach around and unlock the latch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a wonderful fit for our family. Each family had not only a bedroom, but a private bathroom. AND there was plenty of space for everyone to be together!!! It was a real plus for us to have a fridge on both levels as it saved multiple trips to the grocery store. As the washer and dryer are located on the first floor, I would recommend adding shelving to the upstairs laundry area to have pantry space. For a family like ours who cooked a lot, there is no good place for pantry items. The VERY short walk to the beach was a big bonus since all 4 of our grandkids are under 6.

The house is updated and feels newly renovated. The two separate spaces were great for our crew of girls and we even had room for more. The house is spacious and has a great layout. We loved the two decks, one on each floor. The house is steps from the beach and a short uber ride to other parts of Charleston. I do recommend the early risers to sleep downstairs as you do hear the footsteps from the floor above. This house was great and I would definitely consider renting it again. The management company was great as well!
