Loved this stay so much and will definitely be back!! It was perfect for multiple families and close enough for us to walk to the beach.

This house was everything we needed and more. We had 3 families in the house and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and towels. My kids lived in the pool. Beach access was a 4 minute walk through the path behind the house to the path across the street. The provided beach chairs were awesome. A few beach toys would be a nice addition. Minutes from great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we come back. Host response was within minutes when asking for a guest parking pass for my visiting family.

On the first night I noticed a black substance around the light switch. Initially I assumed it couldn’t possibly be mold because I didn’t think anyone would rent a home in that condition. The following day, after looking more closely, we found what appeared to be mold on the ceiling, coming through the wallpaper in multiple places, and on several walls throughout the bathroom . I contacted the management company immediately. Around 9:00 p.m., maintenance arrived carrying what appeared to be a bottle of bleach. They were there for only a minute or two before telling me everything was taken care of. After they left, I removed the light switch cover myself and found what still appeared to be mold behind the plate. Nothing about the visit gave me confidence that the underlying issue had actually been addressed. Unfortunately, our vacation was also interrupted when I had to take my son to the emergency room in the middle of the night with a severe headache. He later developed a runny nose and felt sick for the remainder of the weekend. I can’t say what caused his illness, but it was especially concerning given that he had been sleeping in the room directly below the bathroom. What disappointed me most wasn’t just the condition of the property—it was how the situation was handled. The response felt dismissive and the attempted repair appeared superficial. My biggest worry is that the underlying issue may not have been properly addressed before the next guests checked in.
