The open concept kitchen's are a chef’s dream! This stylish and bright area is the perfect place to enjoy your time with your family & friends. Help yourself to the fully-stocked coffee bar in the kitchen to start each day off right.

** OUTSIDE SPACE **

You’ll find plenty of space in the back yard for children to run around and play while you sit on one of the outdoor furniture sets and sip a hot cup of coffee. This is outdoor living at its finest! Enjoy the shade provided by a few of Charleston’s famous live palm trees and take in the ocean breeze.
*Please note while we offer a grill at the property. we do not provide refills for the propane tanks.

Ideally located only minutes from the white sand beach and in close proximity to many restaurants and shops, this coastal bungalow is perfect for your next vacation. You’ll find all of your beach essentials inside the property for your use.

This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Isle of Palms under STR Operational Permit P-01033 and P-01032.

Guest Access:
🚫Please note: The Wonderer will be closed for renovations during November. Club access will resume once renovations are complete.

Guests can enjoy full access to the downstairs property and all its amenities, including the bright kitchen, large yard, wifi, Smart TV's and beach gear. There’s parking for two-vehicles during your stay.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

🏙️ Noise Notice:
Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

❄️ Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.

🚗 Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.

🚫 Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.

🌀 Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
⭐️ In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
⭐️ If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
⭐️ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
