You haven’t stayed in an Isle of Palms vacation home like this before!
Spellbound is the only way to describe how you will feel from the moment you open the custom front doors of this home. You are immediately greeted by the ocean and followed by the waves throughout almost every single room of this elegant, spacious beach home! Every bedroom is en suite with stunning ocean views! Wrap around decks on both floors, an elevator, a reverse floor plan, and two separate living room areas, there is so much space you won’t have a problem finding room for everyone and everything you choose to do.
Greeted by the sea as soon as you open the front door and step in, the most challenging thing you will do during your stay is to pick which well-appointed oceanfront bedroom you want. With a reverse floor plan, the main living space is on the top floor- the living room, kitchen, dining room, office, and primary bedroom. The first floor has the other 4 bedrooms and another living room with a wet bar.
The first floor is separated by north and south wings with a wide hall leading to the oceanfront living room. Stylish but comfortable- 2 sofas and 2 chairs flank a built-in wet bar and cupboards housing the TV.
Two bedrooms on the north side, a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, ocean views, private deck access, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The other north side bedroom has a King bed, a flat-screen TV, ocean views, private deck access, and an en suite bathroom with a glass door tub & shower combo. Please note the two twins have been replaced by a queen bed in fall 2024.
Across the hall are two more bedrooms on the south side of the home. Both are ocean-view queen bedrooms with flat-screen TVs, en suite bathrooms with large walk-in showers, and private access to the beachfront deck as well.
Back in the foyer, you can use the graceful floating staircase or the elevator to reach the second main living floor. You will be awe-struck by the panoramic sea views. Full of light, the open floor plan will draw you in. Choose where you want to have breathtaking views- the gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, a wine refrigerator, a separate ice maker, and 3 island bar stools, the 8-seated dining room, the intimate 4-seat round table, the 4-piece, plush conversation set, or the living room area with swivel chairs, a flat-screen TV and wet bar. Of course, the wrap-around deck will beckon you with the ocean for miles and miles! The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean view, private deck access, an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a make-up counter, a large walk-in shower, and a two-person Jacuzzi tub. There is an office on this floor with a queen sleeper sofa- for the person that just can’t separate work and play and a hallway half bathroom for convenience.
Outside, there is a large, enclosed shower, a gas grill, and a short, private pathway that ends directly on the beach. We provide 4 beach chairs with this rental.

Pricing  & Availability:
Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees.  For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays.  During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.
--Policy--
When making an online reservation on VRBO,  you will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home.  The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation!  Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by  East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.   The cost is $169 plus taxes & fees. You are required to include one or the other with your reservation. We do not accept the policy offered by VRBO.

Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is the Vacation Rental Industry.  Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of a job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company.   Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane.  Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Four couples. House is absolutely great. Living spaces, bedrooms and spectacular living room and views of beach and oceans.A little further from Charleston center that expected due to traffic but not a serious problem. Wish that all five bedrooms had king size beds not 2 kings and 3 queens.

The house was stunning! It is directly on the beach and although it was cold and windy a lot of the time, (November) the ample sunshine and beauty of the beach was very soothing and relaxing! We did have a few housekeeping issues when we first arrived, and most all of the issues we had were handled immediately. The only negative was we could not sit in the main kitchen/living area for much of the day as a majority of the blinds were either missing or broken and the sun made it impossible to sit there. I was informed by the Mgmt. company they were on order. Luckily we found many excursions to occupy our time during the day, but it would have been nice to utilize that room more as it was the most stunning with the best views. All in all we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! Just make sure you ask about the blinds! They are needed in that room

The home is gorgeously decorated. The kitchen has everything you need . (FYI cooking trays. Are above microwave) Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom. Views of ocean breathtaking. We came with 4 little ones 9 years old and younger. Great location on cul de sac for them to play safely. Md can’t say enough good things about East island rental company. Very responsive to our inquiries.

This was a great location for our group of friends! Right on the beach, great rooms, fantastic porches and areas to sit and relax! Enjoyed by all!! Elevator did not work at check-in, but rental company had someone there a couple days later to fix it.
