Coastal family friendly home, Lagoon View, walkable to beach - 25 Fairway Oaks

Spacious 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom vacation home close to the beach in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort. Perfect vacation home for a large family sleeping up to 12 people.

Charming Coastal Decor with vaulted ceilings, loads of natural light from large windows and skylights, and rich hardwood floors. The renovated kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and 6 high bar top stools. Relax on the screened porch and large open deck with water views. Your family will love the outdoor grilling and dining on those warm summer nights sure to be one of your families favorite memories.

The first floor includes a spacious dining room, comfortable living area with lagoon views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a half bath. Behind sliding barn doors there is a primary suite with a king sized bed, renovated en suite bathroom, and large closet. Next to the laundry room there is a short flight of steps down to a ground level room with two twin beds.

The second floor of the home features four bedrooms and three newly renovated bathrooms. There is an additional primary with a king bed and en suite bathroom. A room with a queen bed and a hall bathroom. Up anther short flight is a room with a queen sized bed, a room with two twins, and a second hall bathroom.

Please note Wild Dunes no longer allows all resort amenity access. You can still play Golf, use all bike paths, and enjoy all nearby restaurants or shops. There is a recreational center located on 28th Avenue on Isle of Palms with basketball courts, soccer fields, tennis, and pickleball. *If pool access is necessary there are two recreational pools in Mount Pleasant (15 min drive) that you can pay to access*

Please Note: Doorbell camera located on front door facing exterior only. Downtown Charleston only 25 minutes away. Linens and bath towels provided. Washer and dryer in laundry room. 2898 sqft. Garage Access Not Offered. Max of 4 car passes. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.

We had a problem getting into the house. Did not receive house code from office; sat on porch waiting for return call approximately 45 to 60 minutes. After that everyone enjoyed space. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of room for preparing meals.

Spacious house close to the beach

We were looking for a place to host our 30 year college anniversary and this was great fit. Plenty of beds and tons of room. A little far from downtown but you should know that looking at the map. Only a couple blocks from the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Family vacation

Great property. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beaches - better directions to beach access would be beneficial. The kids loved finding shells on the beach and watching the lagoon for the alligator to emerge. The house was very clean and fit our large group well. It was stocked with only the basics as far as supplies goes, but that was fine as we are used to that in most VRBOs. Harris Teeter and Target are the main options as far as groceries goes. Downtown Charleston and other sites aren’t a far drive away. Communication with rental company was good. Would definitely recommend if traveling to the area.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The layout of the home is amazing (master on one side of the property), and then the guest rooms are on two different levels and all are spacious.

Lovely home on the lagoon

The home was the perfect space for our family and friends! We loved seeing the alligator! Short walk to beach and resort. We wish we could have had access to resort amenities such as pickle ball courts and fitness center.

New Year’s Getaway

This was an outstanding home for my family of 10. Very spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. We spent many hours enjoying the kitchen with it’s amazing bar. We loved the comfy beds, modern bathrooms and plentiful TV’s. We would definetly stay here again. A great getaway for our clan!!!
