Beautiful two-story home with private pool and beach access one block away

This elevated Low Country beach home is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, and is located one short block to easy beach access and miles of beautiful beach. The tropical landscaping includes fruit bearing banana, orange, lime, and tangelo trees. Enjoy the afternoon sun in the 30' long x 13' wide, elevated, Gunite pool which is accented by extensive IPE decking. Pool is 4' deep in the shallow end and 6' deep at the other end. The first floor of the interior offers an open living and dining area with direct access to a large covered deck and wood floors throughout. Adjacent to the living and dining area is a beautiful open kitchen with granite tops, stainless appliances, and an attached laundry room. On the second floor is a large master bedroom with direct access to a renovated master bath, a private covered balcony patio, and attached room perfect for a nursery area. The second floor bedrooms are carpeted. Great floor plan and layout for dual families with children! Jacuzzi tub in master bath does not work. The home is has wireless internet and YouTube TV via Roku TV's. So feel free to watch YouTube TV or login into any of your favorite streaming channels. Other features include: ceiling fans in every room, and a charcoal grill. Fireplace not available for use. No smoking. No pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Location was great but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us to be at the beach or in the pool much. When we did go, the sand toys at the house were broken and very old. We unfortunately were stuck in the house more than we expected and found that there were not many things to do. The games and puzzles were scattered and missing pieces. Also, The grill was rusted out and the leg was broken and the lights in the dining room flickered to the point we couldn’t use them. The manager, maintenance and housekeeping were very prompt with responses and did arrive quickly when we needed something fixed or needed towels/blankets. The manager also did reimburse us for buying a grill and dish cloths/towels which was very kind.

We enjoyed staying at this home for our annual Labor Day weekend getaway with friends. It is spacious and the pool was a nice activity to have for the kids, as well as a very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay again in the future!

Great Home for family!

Beautiful home in excellent location. The kitchen was well stocked! Very comfortable beds! We had a few Amazon deliveries before we arrived and found them inside when we entered! We are very pleased with Island Realty’s service! Would definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat this location. Very short walk to beach access and right in between Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island restaurants. My son enjoyed the pool in between beach visits. Would stay again.

Birthday Celebration on the Isle of Palms

This is our third year coming to Isle of Palms and our first time in this house! We absolutely loved it! Very spacious for our family of 7! Quick walk to the beach and we so enjoyed the pool at the end of each day! Love this end of the island too! So quiet! Kathy Jameson
