This seven-bedroom home is the perfect place to relax and unwind with wonderful amenities, easy beach access, and a private swimming pool built right into the deck (25x13)! The private swimming pool offers an indulgent break from the beach. The kids will have a tough time choosing between the sun, sand, and sea offered at the beach and the private pool that is three steps outside of the patio door. When the crew is ready to hit the beach, the walk is easy with 913 Carolina Boulevard being only one block away from the sand and surf! The walk is made even easier with the city-maintained beach access path. Even better, the Isle of Palms business district is an easy stroll from the house where your family will find restaurants, shopping, and ice cream shops. A private swimming pool, ocean views from the rooftop cocktail terrace, a sun deck, and a quick walk to the beach, all make 913 Carolina Boulevard the perfect spot to throw out your anchor for your next Island vacation!

The home features three levels with a reverse floor plan featuring the living area and kitchen upstairs. The home blends rich materials, inviting furnishings, a tranquil color scheme, and interesting accents for a fun beach house. Enjoy the light through the plantation shutter-covered windows, the Brazilian cherry floors, and the beach board paneling that can be found in the home. The living room is spacious with a 16ft cathedral ceiling, two large sofas, comfortable chairs, and a large flat-screen television. With extra seating from four counter stools, the dining area can accommodate seating for 16. Black granite counter surface, accent maple cabinets, generous size refrigerator, ice maker, and stainless-steel appliances are featured in the kitchen. With bedding for 14, 913 Carolina Boulevard is equipped to handle sleeping arrangements for your entire family plus friends! Each of the seven bedrooms is tastefully decorated with colorful accents and features a flat-screen television.

The third floor features a king bedroom with a private bath that has a jacuzzi and shower. Another bedroom is featured on the third floor which is perfect for kids. It is a small bedroom and ideal for younger children whose parents are staying in the king bedroom. The living room, dining area, and kitchen can be found on the third floor. The second floor has the remaining five bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature a king bed, two feature a queen bed, and the final bedroom has two sets of bunks (four twin beds). There are three full bathrooms on the second floor. Your family will be able to access the pool deck from the second level. The first floor is a lot of fun with a game room, full bath, and a garage.

The Front Beach, Isle of Palms is a short walk from 913 Carolina Boulevard. The Front Beach features restaurants, shopping, and places to enjoy a drink on the Island. Some of our favorite restaurants include Sea Biscuit for breakfast and lunch, Acme Lowcountry Grill, and the famous Windjammer home to the famous Darius Rucker and Hootie and Blowfish. Best yet, Historic Charleston is only a 15-minute drive away!

Fabulous family rental

We had an amazing stay. Super quick walk to beach and downtown IOP, and the private pool was very popular with the family. We couldn’t believe how large the kitchen and dining area was. Highly recommend.

Feedback from beach property renter

I reported that the garage door did not work and one crew came and said that the door needed to be replaced but never came back to do it. So we were staying with a constant fear that our properties as well as the beach rental gear in the garage could be stolen. Not a pleasant experience! The beach gear rental company where we rented gear from with a $250 credit included in our property rent was too expensive. You should give renters the option of using that credit to go with any other beach gear rental company, not just one designated company!

Great Family Vacation

There were 7 adults and 5 kids.....plenty of room! lots of stairs so the elevator was a great help. Fully equipped kitchen......grill didnt work but they brought us a new one right away. Great location...block and a half from beach. The ping pong room could use better lighting (grandchildren's complaint) and outside needs some upkeep.

Perfect house for families!

We loved our time spent at this property! It is very large with 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms ! Loved the elevator for unloading luggage and groceries! The pool was fun for the kids and adults. It’s just a short walk to beach. The management is very responsive to all inquiries. We hope to come back again next year!

The interior of the home was clean, functional and comfortable. The location and easy access to the beach was excellent. No complaints My criticism is on the ground scape and pool area. Dirty, unkept poorly maintained -such a detraction from what other is a great property.

Probably a nice place at one time.

This property, like many rental properties is not very well maintained. The house is fine and the location is great. The property management company does a good job of communication and solicits feedback.. There are holes in the wall that have been patched, but not finished. Clearly light fixtures that have been replaced with no attempt to paint areas of the wall that are now exposed. Furniture that is damaged or worn. "Extra" coffe makers that don't work, etc. Just neglect. I've seen worse on the IOP, but i've seen better too.

Swoon!

This spacious bright open airy home was just what my retreat participants needed! The kitchen was perfect for all of our chef prepared meals and the beach was super close for morning sunrise yoga. When we needed wine glasses, and mattress toppers for one of the beds, beachside vacations took care of us super fast!!! The pool was perfect on the days when it was too windy for the beach. Will book here again : )

Almost great

The house has plenty of space for our 13 member family and the pool was very nice to have. Unfortunately I cannot give the house a five star review because it is rather dated and clearly not filled with the personal touches of owners who actually use the house. For example there were not enough wine glasses for the adults, there were no serving pieces for family dinners, and the Kitchen is sparsely equipped beyond plates and silverware. The rental company did do a great job helping us find a caterer for an anniversary dinner and a photographer as well. We were very appreciative of that.

Prime location and plenty of space to relax

There were 3 key positives with this rental property: 1) location (walkability), 2) plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for 9 adults, and 3) a private pool. The location was awesome - 5 min walk to the beach access, 5 min walk to restaurants on IOP. Even though we had cars, bicycles, and a golf cart, we wanted family members to feel free to go off and do whatever interested them, and this location accomplished that. We love Sullivan’s Island restaurants too, so definitely preferred to be on the south side of IOP. Our family gathering included 4 couples and one 19-yr-old, so we needed all bedrooms except the bunk bed room and the daybed room, and used all the bathrooms. It was just right. Having a private pool available for those who didn’t want to sit on the beach was nice - the water was a bit chilly though (May 15-22); if there had been a pool heater, we definitely would have used it. It was a great, relaxing, bring the family together kind of week. Thank you for sharing your great home!

Pool did not look clean. Contacted manager we were told they cleaned on Wednesday. We checked in on Friday. They told us they would come on Saturday. They didn’t get to it until we’ll after 6:00pm not able to use the pool until Sunday. Disappointing,

Great place for a bunch of friends and family

The place was amazing but the pool situation was a bit annoying. A ton of leaves in the pool( I get that it was spring shed). When we called to get a cleaning we were told by management it would be 3 to 4 days. When the pool company arrived 4 days later they stated they could and should have come earlier due to the filter in the pool equipment room overflowing. This is after we kept cleaning the pool over and over and emptying the filters The rest of the experience was great. A ton of rooms and bathrooms with a lot of open gathering space. The beds were all really comfortable and the place was very relaxing. It was really close to the beach and downtown with great food and drink. Renting the bikes and beach gear was a plus too. Fun location for family and friend time. It was quiet and fun for families.

Fabulous home for three generations!

We had a fantastic week on IOP in this roomy and comfortable beach home! The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated for the grandparents, two married daughters, and six teenaged grandsons. One grandson has special needs, and the third floor master with a small bedroom attached was absolutely perfect for his parents and him. The roomy and well-appointed kitchen and the 12-seat table had us dining in several of the nights we stayed! The pool area was perfect for after beach swimming, and all of us enjoyed the rooftop "crow's nest" for after dinner drinks and sunset. We can't wait to return to IOP!

Overpriced

We were disappointed with the overall appearance of the property. The pictures online show a clean, well kept beautiful house. Upon arrival it was obvious the house was very worn and not well taken care of. For the price we paid we were expecting a beautiful clean house. The rugs were dirty, there was a veggie straw on the floor in the bunk bed room. My sons bedsheets had Cheeto finger print stains. There was a medical pill on the floor of the master bedroom. Had a great time!

This property was perfect for the size of our family. The location was good and the kids loved having the pool. The internet and cable was out most of the time which was frustrating. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
