  • 3003 Cameron Blvd está a solo una cuadra del océano, que está a solo 4 minutos a pie. ¡Esta casa única tiene todo lo que pueda desear en un retiro de playa! 6 dormitorios, 5 baños (3 completos / 2 parciales), un hermoso porche grande y una piscina privada con un amplio patio. Cuando oscurezca, lleve al grupo adentro y disfrute del área del bar y la mesa de ping pong en el garaje. Esta unidad de planta inversa tiene una cocina personalizada en el nivel superior con una estufa de gas. Contemple la vista al mar desde el porche de la azotea (acceso desde el porche del segundo piso).

    Ascensor con acceso desde el nivel del suelo. Lavadora / secadora y ropa de cama incluida. El exterior incluye una parrilla de gas, patio cercado, patio cubierto, ducha exterior con agua tibia y piscina privada. We had great fun at and in the pool and grilling out! We enjoyed the beach! We also had fun on the Eco Boat trip, Patriots Point, Pineapple fountain and the Market. Along with Sullivan's island and mini- golf! Our whole family enjoyed our stay tremendously!

6 friends from summer camp days gathered and had a great stay. The house was clean and the bedding especially nice! We’d be happy to stay here again! Despite expecting “no salt and pepper” there were several and instead of “no hairdryers” there were several. Appreciated. Judith

Great beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for our annual family beach week and we were very pleased with this house. The property was very clean on arrival; the check in process was simple. The house was one block from the beach access which made it very easy to get kids/equipment to and from the beach. It was 2 blocks from the IOP recreation department and we enjoyed the large playground that was partially in the shade in the morning. Very easy for everyone to bike to the playground. This is a great area for a family vacation - there's so much to do or you can just do nothing! This house has a lovely pool area and handy outdoor shower plus hand held faucet to rinse off all the beach sand! The upstairs porch area was comfortable and often had a nice breeze. We spent many hours out there. The living room area also had comfortable couches and chairs that met our needs as a larger group. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies - it wasn't a large kitchen but we knew that from the photos. The second refrigerator in the garage area was appreciated for beverages - there was only so much room in the side-by-side refrigerator in the kitchen. All of the bedrooms were more spacious than other rentals we've had in previous years. We had a very memorable week!

This house was absolutely perfect for us!! I’m extremely picky about places to stay as far as cleanliness and enough comfy seating in the living area, enjoyable outside areas, comfortable beds and spacious rooms! This house had it all! The check in process was extremely smooth and the house was spotless when we arrived! There were 12 of us including 7 adults and 5 children ages 11, 8, 4, 4 and 2 and we had plenty of room! The screened porch off of the den was an hit and there was room for us all! The elevator was a lifesaver for luggage. There are several little “nooks” if someone wants to get away to read or have a few minutes alone. The master closet could easily house an infant in a pack-n-play! The eating area was large. The cooking area was pretty tight but everything else made up for that! The pool was a GREAT size with an attached shallow area for the littles! We were told it couldn’t be heated but it was so that was a great surprise! The backyard and patio are very spacious unlike a lot of beach homes with pools. We took 2 golf carts The ONLY thing I would suggest is that if you have very small children, bring a baby gate for the top of the stairs that is attached to the main living area. It made us really nervous since we had a 2 year old.

The owners have clearly thought about their guests and have a well-appointed home. There was a minor issue with the microwave and a service tech came out right away to fix it. We've been coming to IOP for decades and this was one of our very favorite homes.

Family Beach Vacation

We loved morning coffee on the porch and then walking our granddaughter to the playground at the rec center a few blocks away. The beach is also a very short walk. The pool was clean and the backyard felt like a tropical oasis. Beautiful landscaping! The house had a few pool floats and toys and a great beach wagon. The outdoor grill was great! Some of us had to log in for remote work and set up by the pool or at the kitchen table. Would be nice to have a small desk in the sitting area beside the kitchen. Ping Pong was a hit with everyone and it was nice to have that downstairs refrigerator for extra storage. There were a few puzzles and games in a chest. The master bed was very comfortable! The elevator helped get luggage and groceries up and down. Highly recommend Islander 71 and Acme for great seafood dinners out. And Sea Biscuit for breakfast! The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Bonus with two coffee pots so we could make decaf and regular! Everyone loved this house. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for everything!

Great family vaca!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, our 3 kids and spouses and 3 grandkids spent 5 nights in this awesome house! It had almost everything we needed and multiples of kitchen ware. Very short walk to beautiful beach, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to busy area. The management company was very responsive to our needs. One thing you should know: there is a pack n play, several beach chairs, some umbrellas and beach/pool toys, and multiple hair dryers. I was told none of that was there so we schlepped it all unnecessarily. They were correct that there were no beach towels, and they only supplied one bath towel per bed, which meant you had to wash them. Would definitely stay again! The elevator made moving in and out a breeze and there was plenty of room for everyone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house that we rented located at 3003 cameron blvd exceeded our expectations. Well kept, clean and convenient to our needs. The only issue we had was with the swimming pool. Because we would be in town the week of April 17, 2023, I paid the extra fee to have the pool heated.Apparently my idea of a heated pool is quite different than the maintenance dept. After 1 call to correct the situation is was not remedied. Sad to watch my 3 grandaughters ages 7, 5 1/2 and 4 stand beside the pool and look at the water. We left the morning of the 23rd and the pool was still not heated. Maybe a solar cover would be a good idea. I should have thrown the 400.00 in the air on cameron blvd. would have gotten the same result. wasted money.Synopsis. If you ever pay for heating a pool, ask what temperature the pool will be heated to so you have a baseline to work from. Other than that, the house was wonderful.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Reviewer Comments: Island realty was courteous and responsive to the issues we encountered with our rental.The property location, size and space were good. Our main issue with the house was the pool, grill and patio were not properly cleaned when we arrived. The house is also showing it's age. It needs a deep cleaning for areas of mold especially in shower and bath areas. The property did meet our needs, but based upon it's rental cost, we would look at other comparable rentals in the future.
