3003 Cameron Blvd está a solo una cuadra del océano, que está a solo 4 minutos a pie. ¡Esta casa única tiene todo lo que pueda desear en un retiro de playa! 6 dormitorios, 5 baños (3 completos / 2 parciales), un hermoso porche grande y una piscina privada con un amplio patio. Cuando oscurezca, lleve al grupo adentro y disfrute del área del bar y la mesa de ping pong en el garaje. Esta unidad de planta inversa tiene una cocina personalizada en el nivel superior con una estufa de gas. Contemple la vista al mar desde el porche de la azotea (acceso desde el porche del segundo piso).

Ascensor con acceso desde el nivel del suelo. Lavadora / secadora y ropa de cama incluida. El exterior incluye una parrilla de gas, patio cercado, patio cubierto, ducha exterior con agua tibia y piscina privada. La piscina se calienta por un cargo adicional de $ 350 y debe hacerse al momento de la reserva. Cable y Wi-Fi incluidos. No fumar ni mascotas.

Solid home, easily walkable to beach and restaurants, outside areas leave a lot to be desired.

We rented this property for a guy's trip. Overall, we enjoyed the house and our time in IOP. However, the backyard/pool area left a lot to be desired. The pool was far smaller than we expected and incredibly dirty; to the point where we did not want to get in the water.

Awesome Get Away With Friends

Everything was awesome except the pool heater was not turned on prior to arrival. It took two days of the vacation to heat up. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great place, cleanliness concerns

The renting process was flawless. The property is beautiful. Unfortunately, there were obvious cleaning issues. There was what appeared to be dried urine around the toilet in one of the bathrooms; the bedrooms had not been thoroughly vacuumed. The coffee pot had not been washed, cooked on coffee was left in pot. No toilet tissue or soap in two of the bathrooms. We brought our own, but expected some to be there. I took pictures of the Unvacuumed areas, and the bathroom. I loved the property itself, but the cleaning crew needs to be monitored. Thanks

Great location with plenty of room!

Overall, my family loved this property. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and right off Palm Blvd. Great location! The house was plenty big for a family of 11. The pool was perfect and the backyard landscaping was a pleasant (beautiful) surprise. The elevator was a great addition for hauling groceries, luggage, and kids. The only negative to the property were the bathrooms. The Jack-and-Jill shower on the main floor smelled like mildew. There were obvious ventilation issues as the ceilings in the toilet room and shower had some moisture spots. The other main floor shower had a similar issue as the grout looked a bit rough. Other than the showers, we were pleased with the upgraded kitchen, the spacious family room, and the fantastic outdoor living areas. We would stay again!

Best House!

We had such an amazing time here- the house was even nicer than we were expecting. Everything was super clean, functional, and perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach and about 20-25 minutes from downtown Charleston. I would def stay here again! Highly recommend :)

Everything was as it should be. Spacious, clean, conveniently located. The tech could use some freshening up (no smart TV) and would be nice if there were more than 3 showers, but overall… very nice!

Great house and awesome location

The house is nicely furnished with great spaces for everyone to be together or to spread out if they want. All the rooms were completely ready when we arrived: fresh towels and sheets, our own soaps and shampoos. The house is a very short walk to the beach and has beach chairs and even a cart to help with carrying things to and from.

Great Location

Our trip was very nice. The house was a very easy location. I would recommend if you are traveling by air, make note, there are no beach towels. Important if you traveling with young kids. We had our adult family, so it was not an issue. Overall nice place and close to the beach.

Great location near the beach. Nice heated pool in the back yard. Elevator was very handy for bringing luggage and food to respective levels. Great open family room for games. Spacious decks for lounging with cocktails and conversation. Plenty of bedrooms for big families. Fabulous location for spending the Thanksgiving holiday with my family.

Ahhhhamazing!

We loved this home!! We rented this house for my sisters Bachelorette and it was beyond perfect. Upon arrival several girls mention that we have to rent this again! The amount of beds was great. The kitchen/dining area are perfect for a large group. The elevator was a huge plus to transport luggage and groceries! You aren’t far from the beach access and it’s totally walkable. Overall, the house was great and we had an amazing trip!!

Couldn’t have been a better place

The space was very accommodating for a large group; plenty of seating in each community room, the bedrooms were perfect size. The location to the beach was easy and close. The ease to get into the city couldn’t have been better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heart beat!
