Enjoy pure luxury and relaxation in this private custom home, with dual master suites, gourmet kitchen open to large living area, elevator, private fenced in backyard with swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional fee), outdoor cooking and cabana. Located 1 block off busy Palm Blvd on a quiet neighborhood street. From the moment you pull into the driveway you will know you have found the ultimate vacation destination. Enjoy the ocean breezes from the front porches, or take a three-minute walk, 300 yards, to the beach (direct beach access).

If you are accustomed to luxury standards, with a resort feel, you will feel right at home in our IOP home. This beautiful beach house was custom built with luxury features and is professionally decorated. Meticulous attention to detail has been spent to create a beach home you will remember and want to come back to again and again.

CUSTOM FEATURES - Custom molding and trim details in every room, from the bead board beamed ceiling and paneling in the kitchen and great room, paneled dual master suites, full paneling on the first floor common area, and a custom built-in bar. White Carrara Italian marble and granite countertops throughout the house.

DUAL MASTER SUITES - With dual master suites you no longer need to decide who gets the best room, when traveling with another couple! Custom paneling, casing, and trim create a look only found in the finest of custom resort homes. With separate bath, whirlpool tub, shower, dual vanities, and walk-in closets, you will feel pampered in luxury. Each bedroom opens to the front of the house with access to the front porches. Enjoy ultimate bedding with spa like amenities - pillow top mattress, 700 thread-count sheets, and plush towels. Each master has a 42" flat screen smart TV and DVD player.

LUXURIOUS GUEST SUITES - 4 additional bedrooms, two with Queen beds and two with Twins. All rooms have large closets and plenty of drawer space and beds have comfortable pillow top mattresses, 700 thread count sheets and plush towels as well. Twin Rooms have private bath and the Two Queen rooms share a Jack-n-Jill style bathroom. All bedrooms have private access to either the front porch, screened porch or sundeck and include a TV and DVD player.

ELEVATOR - Great for hauling luggage and groceries and essential for elderly guests. Elevator access to all 3 floors.

LOTS OF LIVING AREAS - Plenty of room to spread out on both floors. Enjoy watching TV, playing games, listening to music, etc. Each floor has a half bath. The 1st floor has a built in bar with stools and a side by side refrigerator. Spend time relaxing on the front porch in rocking chairs, or on the screened in porch on the first floor overlooking the beautiful backyard. 3 of the 4 bedrooms on this floor have direct access to outdoor space! From the top or 2nd floor, enjoy the porch on the front of the house in comfortable outdoor furniture. In the back there is a sundeck with furniture which overlooks the pool and backyard. This is a perfect spot to get away from everyone and read a book or take a nap. And don't forget the Cabana around the pool, with lounge chairs, a sectional couch and dining table.

PRIVATE YARD, POOL & CABANA - Yard is professionally landscaped, complete with lighting, outdoor Boise Speakers and a pool with waterfall. Enjoy grilling outside under the covered cabana. Seating for 6 around the table as well as chaise lounges and a sectional couch. If visiting during the spring or fall season when temperatures are not so hot, you have the option of having the pool heated for your stay.

AMENITIES - We provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, games, boogie boards, skim boards, and beach carts so you do not have to travel with all this gear. Also enjoy the fully stocked kitchen pantry with spices and all the necessary cooking ingredients.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN - Items that we keep on hand for the little ones include a highchair, pack-n-play, baby gates and 2 strollers. You'll also find outlet covers so you can baby proof!

Loved staying in this very well stocked house. It was very clean and the house was very "user" friendly. Close proximity to grocery store and to downtown Charleston. Loved hanging out by the pool and relaxing on the many different porches/ balcony's.Thanks Wendy for making my son's big weekend even more special.

The house was just as advertised in the photos. Wendy was very responsive with any questions that we had. Our golf trip was derailed by the weather but we were able to have a great time in large part due to the great house. The area itself is awesome. You are right near the beach, a few minute drive from restaurants. The location was also great because it was a 30 minute drive from the airport. If you are looking for a house for a family trip or a golf trip, I highly recommend this house.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The house was perfect and had everything we could possibly need readily available. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage. Family Summer vacation

We are from California, and we take our four adult children and their spouses and children on vacation every summer, each time to a different place. We had never been to the south and the entire experience was amazing. The home was incredibly pretty, comfortable and well stocked. The kitchen had everything a large family could need, and the garage had toys and beach equipment and strollers, again everything you could need. The beach was very accessible and beautiful, and trips to Charleston were easy and fun. I can’t say enough about the ease and comfort of the house, it was amazing. Thank you!

Terrific Beach House

The only surprise with this house is that it was more than we expected....and very well equipped. The house is in very good condition. The pool and surrounding patio are wonderful. Close access to the beach. The garage was filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, game equipment, etc..... all in very good condition. The pantry was stocked with cooking ingredient essential, and the quality of cookware is better than what we have at our own home.... amazing. Can't go wrong selecting this one!

Spring Break in IOP

Our families stayed for a week, and we had a wonderful trip. The home is in close proximity to the beach and had all of the necessary amenities. The pool and outdoor area was great and our kids enjoyed having access to that. Wendy was extremely responsive and the check-in process was seamless. My only criticism is that the house needs some maintenance (there were issues with some of the sliding doors) and also I would suggest allowing more time in between guests for a deeper cleaning.

40th Birthday Girls Trip

We are so happy we found and chose Wendy's house to rent for our Girls Weekend away! The house was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 8 women! It was just a block from the beach and had a great pool! Not only was the house and location great, but the communication by Wendy was top notch. We were heading to IOP when a hurricane was set to hit the coast, and Wendy was helpful and insightful on what may lay ahead. Then once we got there, any time we needed something or had a question, Wendy was fast to respond! She was helpful with details of the area, and gave great recommendations! 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area looking for a great house!

Perfection!

I stayed in this gorgeous home with 8 long time high school friends and we are agreed that the home was outstanding. It was spotless and decorated beautifully. The location was safe and pretty and a short walk to the beach. A bonus was the pool which was a nice place to relax. Nothing was forgotten in this home. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, the bathrooms had plenty of nice clean towels, the beds were extremely comfortable.

Wonderful Stay in IOP

The house was spacious and very comfortable for our group of 14. No complaints about a good nights sleep! Plenty of usable beach chairs and wagons which is appreciated when traveling for a beach vacation. Very well stocked kitchen. Best Getaway!

The house was even better in person than the pictures showed! Not only was the house a perfect set up for a family getaway, it was comfortable and so clean!!! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy. The house is also fully stocked- from kitchen to beach gear. You really don’t need much to enjoy your stay. Wendy was also very responsive and on top of everything. We can’t wait to plan our next vacation here!

This home and private pool is amazing! Great space for gathering, eating, and privacy as desired. Kitchen appliances, dinner ware, and extras provided meets all needs. Beyond our expectations! One thousand stars!!!

We came here this past week for a family vacation! Plenty of room for all of is! House was BEAUTIFUL and in a perfect location! The beach was just across the street and having the pool was a bonus! We enjoyed down town as well as the marina around the corner. Wendy was an incredible host and extremely responsive! Such a great open floor plan and an incredible kitchen. Do not hesitate to rent this home!!! We cannot wait to come back!!
