On a quiet street in the heart of quiescent Wild Dunes, Oyster Row 19 makes the perfect peaceful getaway. Located only two blocks from the Ocean, Oyster Row 19 is perfectly positioned to capture gorgeous views of a lake that frames the second hole of the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course. A small island is located in the middle of this lake and just across from the house. This island is a wonder of nature, as most evenings it calls to dozens of majestic white cranes that find it a sanctuary through the night. A small dock, beautiful yard and huge screen porch provide able space to view the mysteries of nature, or the exciting golf play that is occurring on the opposite bank. The vista offers amazing sunsets from the lush backyard.

Oyster Row 19 has recently been renovated and is beautifully furnished featuring three bedrooms and three full baths in an open airy floor plan. A vaulted ceiling, tall windows and huge glass door allow the Carolina sun and ancient oaks to accent the living space that features all new furnishings and a large flat screen television. The kitchen is highlighted with all new appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and opens to the living area. Each bedroom offers a peaceful night with style and comfort. The master bedroom features a king bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Two queen beds are featured in the guest bedroom, and also feature a newly renovated private bathroom. Finally, the kid’s room is highlighted with two twin beds, and a bathroom that has direct access from both the hall and bedroom. The screen porch that runs half the length of the home has a comfortable outdoor seating area, plus it offers space for the entire family to dine outside. A new gas grilling station is perfect and is located on the back deck overlooking the lake and golf course.

Positioned in quiet residential area of Wild Dunes, the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants are only a short bike ride away from Oyster Row 19. Best yet, Oyster Row 19 is only 35 minutes from Historic Charleston!

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- This property does not have access to a pool.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Wonderful stay at this property, many good times with family and friends. House is well equipped and kitchen and grill were great for cooking. Beach was a quick .3 mile walk.

A sanctuary

Really enjoyed the fact it is one story; quiet; peaceful & scenic; well kept. Nice bedroom set uos with indivudual bathrooms..awesome screen room. A few items were amiss but brought to property management along with pictures. One last notation to mgt was porch wall hanging broke during high wi ds. Aside from these nits, all 6 of us loved our relaxing stay..thank you!

Loved this place- would definitely rent again- It is a great house on a quiet street with quick access to the beach, cozy interiors, a user-friendly and well-equipped kitchen, open great room, and a bathroom for each bedroom… all very clean and well kept.

The house was perfect for our needs! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was ideal. The kitchen and living area was large enough to hang out comfortably. The dock and sun porch were great spaces as well. Loved the decor and found everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful property

Beautiful spacious home with a gorgeous view of the lagoon. Property was recently updated and the kitchen is open and modern and has full amenities. We spent many nights in cooking or grilling and hanging out in the yard, screened porch and dock area. Very relaxing. There is an island of birds close by in the water that was fascinating to watch. The house was close to everything. Easy walk to the beach. Home was clean, modern and updated - it has a very homey, relaxing feel to it, Would love to stay here again - highly recommend!

DISAPPOINTED!

The property pics online are not current. Housekeeping is mediocre at best and needs to dust and clean all bugs in bathroom and dust cob webs from lamps. Furniture could be updated. POWER WASH IS A MUST (front, back, deck, patio, etc.), it's apparent that the property is not maintained at all.

The house was great and very convenient. We had an issue with our refrigerator and it was addresses by Beachside vacations as quickly as possible. Other than that, Wild Dunes was very pleasant and relaxing!

We loved this house!

Very comfortable and beautiful house in a great location! The kitchen had everything you would need. We also loved the back porch! The BBQ worked great. We loved the dock! Spent many nights out there in nature with a cocktail.:) Loved the birds, and turtles and leaping fish. Saw a few gators too. We rented a 6-seater golf cart and that was great to drive around in and get to know the locale. I would recommend this house to anybody! We'll be back! Thank you for a great time!!

This is a great house!

This house is just like the pictures. The kitchen is great! Plenty of room and stocked with everything you need to cook all kinds of meals. There is a separate ice maker and drink fridge too. The walk to the beach is not bad and the lagoon is just amazing.
