"The house is absolutely beautiful!! The views are amazing!! Having the option of renting the truck from owner is an added bonus. The outdoor showers were definitely new to me but having fresh air while showering was amazing. The kitchen had a lot of spices and plenty of pots and pans. There were wonderful pool floats available to use. The outside closet had 6 beach chairs, beach tent, back pack cooler, a small and medium hard coolers, snorkel mask and flippers and additional pool floats....

"We absolutely loved the house. It was at a great location on the water and close to Cane Bay and some cute little bars and restaurants. We loved sitting out and listening to the waves hit the rocks. "This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. "Excellent communication and service from the host Scott. Villa was cleaned at a high level by the housekeeper which is not always the case at other villas. View, pool and other amenities were also excellent. Overall, they know what they are doing and I would rent there again."

"The beds in both rooms were great. We enjoy a firmer bed so they were just perfect. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store at the bottom of the hill and you can take a short taxi to additional options. The owners and management team were very thoughtful with the additional amenities within the unit!! We cooked breakfast and two dinners and had all the utensils. The coffee options were amazing!!"

"My husband and I booked Caramel by the Sea for our honeymoon. We wanted something private with a pool and this home did not disappoint. The views from the pool and back wraparound deck were phenomenal. The interior with the wood and high ceilings was beautiful. It was really helpful to have a greeter meet us at our jeep rental and show us the way to the house. Chef Ted lives below but we only saw him once and he was very personable. The house has everything you could need. Gorgeous kitchen....

"The kitchen and main dining room area were amazing. It was nice that it was all big one open space so you could connect together. "Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things...

"Our stay was amazing and David, Julie, and Kelley were great to work with. The last day the water went out and David was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Kelley greeted us at Cruz Bay and even helped us transport our luggage to the house. She also set up a day trip to the BVIs which was amazing.This house was perfect for our group of 13 people.
