"We loved our stay at this beautiful location. Condo is equipped with many basics paper towels, soap, detergent sunscreen etc which were much appreciate. Ocean views were amazing! Property is 5 min walk from the beach which is mostly up/down hill but there are good steps and handrails and an ability to drive if needed. The snorkeling at the condo was fantastic and we even saw a sea turtle the last day. We also did the day sale with the owners friend Captain Pat which was like lovely. "

"Overall we had a really nice stay, condo is just as described and excellent communication from the owner. You can't get any closer to the beach, just outside the back door. Nicely stocked kitchen and bath with a really comfortable bed. Nice and quite location with a great pool area. Nothing negative to say about the condo itself or the amenities. There are a couple inconveniences about the beach area, there's a gentleman responsible for maintaining the area with a bobcat, he would start around...

"Wonderful stay. Highlight is the spacious balcony overlooking Cruz Bay. Town is a close walk, with great bars and restaurants. Room is quiet at night. Comfortable bed. My only note is the listing states 1000 sq ft, which is true if you add in the balcony. The kitchen and living room are a little tight."

"Great experience. Well maintained unit in perfectly situated Grande Bay. Just right for 4-5 people. Love Cruz Bay and nowhere is better there than Grande Bay. Hoping to be back many more times. "

"This was our first trip to the USVI and we had an absolute blast. So glad we did our homework and found this condo. Location was excellent. And the proximity to the ferry to St. John and red Hook was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t really have any communication with the host because we didn’t need to.
