"What a find!!! My husband and I researched many islands and many homes. We are so thankful we found this home. Ben and Jessica were amazing hosts. Home was as described, had everything we needed, plenty of towels, comfy bed. Amazing views. Love, love. Love. Also, the little things,: the icepack in the freezer - to go in cooler they provided, candles, great beachchairs, plenty of pots, pans, salt, pepper and other seasoning, oil. Just perfect. "We came as a group of 4 family/friends to enjoy the BVIs. We rented both High Tide and Spring Tide. The units were in a perfect location right on the beach. Val was there to help us at arrival and was always within a text to answer any of our questions. The units were clean and comfortable. We loved hearing the constant sounds of breaking waves. "We had a great stay at this property. It’s brand new and very tastefully designed. The pictures do not do it justice at all. And the beds are so comfortable. Book without hesitation and enjoy!!!"

"Spectacular view of Drakes passage from the house and pool. Beautiful beach short walk away with very few people. The restaurant and club facilities are also a short walk away and a real added convenience. The stay and amenities were everything we could hope for. There is a property manager that was very helpful and cleaning were regular. I will just note for other guests that the bedrooms are split between two floors. "Our reviews would have been excellent except for some minor items. No safety shower mats, a rusted dish rack that should have been replaced, no beach chairs as advertised, no dinner knives, and no spatula. We purchased 2 beach chairs, knives, shower mats and a spatula that we left there. "

It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. "The staff was great. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and when we needed help. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a great job. The location was fantastic. "The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time."

"Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming."
