"When I checked in I mentioned I would not need housekeeping. There was no Do not disturb sign in the room. Staff went into the room only took bathroom trash. When I called the front desk and explained what occurred, they asked about Do not disturb sign and I stated there wasn’t one in the room. This didn’t make me comfortable."

"The room smelled when we walked in. The AC unit was so loud it made it hard to sleep. The pillows were horrible. The room smelled like cigarettes. And we hard time with the room keys working. We only stayed 1 night and that was enough."

"The property was in a good location. Easy access to the highway and beaches via car. The hotel had a great breakfast and provided coffee and teas 24hrs. Our room was clean but we had issues with the TV, which was fixed quickly. The bathroom toilet seat was loose so we told the staff. Hopefully it will be fixed. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly."

"The room was clean overall; however, the stay was uncomfortable due to several issues. The bed sheets were rough, and the bed cover was thin and uncomfortable. The room was extremely humid to the point that the floors became wet. Additionally, the bathtub was clogged, and the shower had very low water pressure, barely letting out any water. Do not recommend."

"Staff was helpful! The pool was amazing and clean. Housekeeping only came twice while we were there for 7 days. Bed was uncomfortable but pillows were great!"

"The hotel was fine for an extended stay. We did have a mixup with our room not getting cleaned but they made it right and apologized. The breakfast was better than most but the eggs tasted like fish which we thought was strange."
