"Hotel is situated close enough to Namba subway station ( about 10 mins walk) , yet is in a bit of a quite area which was a nice place to come home to after a day of sightseeing and shopping in the busy streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch along with the free toiletries. There is a Lawson store conveniently located just steps away on the second floor, which also has a department store and ramen shops nearby. The only critique I have is the room cleanliness. Perhaps it was a one...

"This hotel was excellent in almost every way, from the very helpful staff to the clean rooms that had everything we needed to the handy location across the road from Tenmabashi station and the Keihan City Mall. A picturesque twenty minute walk gets you to Tenjinbashi-Suji shopping street where there are so many dining and shopping options. "

"The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the train and bus. Plenty of convenience stores close by and lovely restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, our room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful. We used the laundry facilities (coins not needed). We ate at the downstairs breakfast and we thought it was good. Would be very happy to stay here again. "
