"Although by no means 'fancy' digs, the house and its furnishings were perfectly comfortable and ideal for our group of six. It was a 5-8 min walk to the center of town, so convenient to all activities. We didn't do any cooking so can't speak to the adequacy of the kitchen furnishings, but you do need to provide your own coffee. Simple, reasonably priced accommodations in a beautiful location."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed, it had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for people to gather and spaces to spread out."

"Overall, we had a great stay. The house is clean and in a great location — about halfway between Eastsound and Moran state park. We appreciated the fenced backyard for our dogs. Only negative was that there isn’t a ton of seating in the living room (one couch and a few papasan chairs that were low to the ground), which might be something to consider if you’re coming with more than 2 adults (kids probably wouldn’t mind the papasan chairs as much)."

"We went away with friends. It was a great house that had a lot of what we needed (pots, pans, coffee pot, etc) It was clean, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood and wonderful view."

"Had a wonderful time over Memorial Day weekend, despite the cold and rainy weather. The beds were super comfortable. We did not want for anything. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, which was super helpful since we cooked all our meals at the house. Great attention to detail with the ammenities in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Even had two bald eagles hang out in the trees surrounding the deck for a bit."

"What an absolutely lovely property! The house is cozy and spacious, perfectly supplied with everything you need. We totally loved our stay! The views were lovely and our stay hit the “we need a relaxing getaway” spot! The house was very clean and very comfortable - it felt like a home away from home!"

Nice selection of towels and plenty of pillows and blankets. Bring garage bags, foil or parchment paper if you are planning on being at the house and cooking. "

"This house is perfect for a couple or family. Two bedrooms with queen beds and the softest sheets and comforter. A full sized kitchen and family, facing the bay. A beautiful deck with bbq and comfortable seating. There’s a separate structure/studio which has a queen sized bed and heated flooring. The grounds are beautifully kept with extra sitting areas. Highly recommend, will go back again!"

"Whidbey is a wonderful island. Enjoyed our visit with relatives in nearby Greenbank and appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. Easy drive as highway is close but quiet and peaceful in the house except when jets are flying! Husband enjoyed seeing the F 18’s land and take off. House had everything necessary for a comfortable stay."

"The house was perfect for our needs and the location was great (beautiful view) however the house is in need of some TLC. Curled up carpets were a tripping hazard, the back outdoor camera flashed on and off all night, weeds growing out of the gutters. Beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the heaters in the bathrooms (we were there when it was cold so that was great after a shower) but living room furniture is awful (not comfortable at all and felt like it might break if more than 1 person...

"Quaint, quiet, secluded, and peaceful... The perfect place to unplug and enjoy the relaxed pace of "island time". Soaking in the private hot tub under the stars is absolutely amazing! We always travel with our dog, Penny. It's often difficult to find places that accept pets; so, this cabin is a true gem! Lorry is a great host who truly wants you to enjoy your stay. We loved it so much that we booked it again for my birthday. M&B"
