The guardrails (and some floorboards) are rotten and have completely lost their structural integrity. It’s a 15 foot drop. The owner nailed small 2x4s to try and keep it in place and erected a sign, but it does absolutely nothing and is extremely negligent. The whole thing wobbles significantly.
