However, when we were checking in, after spending about 5mins checking us in, 3 local ladies walk in with ID cards to check in - he stops what he’s doing with us and checks them in first, then proceeds to complete our check in. What happened to asking them to wait in line like everyone else? Also, when we asked for an extra keycard, they got so annoyed? One of us uses the gym and you need a keycard to get in and out.
