"We booked a Deluxe Queen room and were surprised by how small it was—it felt more like walking into a closet than a hotel room. While the room was clean, the size made it feel cramped. The bathroom was also poorly designed. It was very small, and the toilet paper holder was placed in an awkward location ..."
