"We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock."

"We were dropping my son off at college from out of state and out family of 5 came out for the occasion. Sonny’s place was perfectly located and accommodated everyone comfortably. Sonny was very responsive and the process of check in/out was very smooth. The place was clean and well kept. The hot tub and arcade room are nice additions too. Great stay in Santa Ana."

We had a small issue with a non-working stove-top and she was able to fix it the same day we reported it. "Wonderfully appointed house. Very clean and lovely, welcoming decor. Plenty of dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots/pans to feed everyone at the 10 person dining table. Drip coffee, Keurig, or electric tea kettle available, plus a rice cooker and a blender. Outdoor gas grill was easy to use. Comfortable beds with soft bedding, lots of pillow choices, and warm, cozy blankets. Wall A/C units made it easy to customize temperatures in different rooms for different needs. "Location on Oak St was perfect. Close to restaurants, the beach, shops. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Dishwasher was not working so I let the owner know so she could get it repaired. There were beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making our beach days easy."

"It’s a small room mostly for sleeping the outside patio is a great touch comes with a few chairs couch and tables there’s also grill ,washer, and dryer outside. The lighting at night isn’t very good there’s also an umbrella for shade. Comes with a complete kitchen the fridge is also large. Bathroom is nice and there’s also a large closet next door. "This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip."
