"My wife and I recently booked an overnight stay. First impressions were good. A beautiful building (only slightly ruined by the bank of Tesla charging stations). The friendly receptionist greeted us and explained everything we needed to know during our stay. I had paid extra to stay in one of the “Spa rooms” with a four poster bed. "We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so....

"Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. "
